Very clean and organized grocery store. This is the best Kroger's location for us thus far. The cashier was friendly, also.

Not enough disabled parking spots. Even when you go in the mid morning on a weekday, all the disabled parking is totally full. You have to park too far away if you’re disabled because they’re only concerned with doing the absolute bare minimum for disabled parking instead of addressing that their location obviously needs more than the bare minimum to address their community’s needs.

I'm not sure anyone actually works here. There are never any carts. So I have to find a cart, find what I need, ring myself up, bag everything myself & take it to my car. Why are your prices so high when no one works there, you have no customer service.

Expired meat on display. The "good" meat I bought was bad 24 hours later. I threw out a bunch of meat. Disappointing.

Location and company are lacking overall. Expired dairy and deli items in display.Still requiring someone digitally clip a coupon? Really hard to shop with a toddler to find we need to do special shopping on an app I don’t keep on my phone. Seems silly to have a customer abandon items at the register for inflated app usage numbers. Dirty gas isn’t worth the discount

Dirty. No staff to help. Whoever the young lady with multi colored braids needs to be taught some customer service. Yes, u have to actually speak to people when the self check outs require assistance... even if the people do not. And it should not take you 15 minutes because you are talking to your friends.

Covering up lower price tags with higher price tags instead of removing the tag & why not let Kroger Plus customers get in on the digital coupon price instead of having to use your phone to scan the digital price? smh

One million people in the store and only one line openI don't want to use self check out stop forcing me to use that stupid machine. That's screws up every time I scan an item and then an employee has to come over and fix it why. Don't you just pay him to ring the grocery bag them like you used to? I just did this with voice to text and I'm not fixing any Typos just like you won't fix your stupid check outlines.

This review reflects clicklist. I get it, everyone's busy and understaffed. They called me and asked me to bump my order pickup time to later in the day because they were too busy, ok no problem. They send the link with the substitutions and when clicked on right after it was sent says expired link. So I call to ask what my substitutions are. Literally one yogurt was missing and it was subbed for a brand I can't eat. I asked the gentleman on the phone instead of swapping the brand could he just duplicate it with the other yogurt flavor that was in stock of the same brand on my order. He refused to do so and said I can tell the person who brings my order out later to do it instead or to tell them to cancel my item then. I just don't understand how courtesy works one way but not the other, or how telling them at the time of bringing out my order makes sense.Also after I picked up the order my lettuce and apples were rotten and my meat expired the same day and wasn't packed in plastic by itself so it got raw juice all over the fresh mushrooms and bottom of the bag.

I dont know why I keep trying to give the benefit of doubt, each time i go i am disgusted and disappointed. Geesh, even for a few items a disappointment, Go to the deli ask to please slice very thin, everything thick, My mom cannot chew it like that, only if it is thin. Even said please make sure it is thin not thick. I didnt want a steak. i wanted THIN slices. Well, gave to the teenagers next store and went to publix where they cut it like i asked. Never going to Kroger deli again.Last deli experience was with a man who had an attitude because I was waiting for the chicken to cook. Never bought chicken from there since then now no cold cuts either. Meat dept had old nasty food to sell! OMG, i would not even feed to my dog! No meat from there again now either. I give up. They do not exist to me anymore. Really disgraceful... shut it down!

employees are super nice but for your own sake don't use the bathrooms!! it is borderline biohazard levels of gross in there at times. people don't know how to flush, there’s almost always only one stall with any toilet paper, and there has been urine on the floors multiple times i've gone in there

Horrible! I was scheduled to pick up my order at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and checked in. When it reached 5:35 I called concerned about my order. I was told that it was not ready yet and I would have to wait until 6:15pm. My order was still not ready at 6:15 and they wanted me to wait more additional time. At this point I’ve waited almost 2 hours. I canceled my order & all they could do was give me $20 in store credit! I will never be using Kroger again. Poor customer service & no respect for my time & money. My business will be going elsewhere.
