Staff are incredibly rude, when I spoke to Tracey on the phone, not only did she have an attitude with me for no reason; she refused to send me photos of a storage unit “because she doesn’t get reimbursed.” (like what? your company doesn’t have an email address for you to use?) And told me to come look at it — would’ve loved to but I live across the country.

We rented space for 8 years. They are well managed, clean spaces with the best rent we found anywhere. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service. Visited them on Sunday and representative was not helpful. Customers were not able to get in the gate because the 1st fell on the weekend. We have automatic bill pay .This was a bad experience for us because we had to travel a long way to get here and we were turned away.I offered to pay by check and once the auto payment post Monday she could refund me the money back.She was not accommodating. I will not recommend this storage unit to anyone.
