I came in as a last minute appointment. I got in right on time. Lily took the time to ask and listen to what I needed. I had a botched at home blonde job that I needed fixed. Lily made sure she took her time to carefully fix my mess of a head of hair. She also asked for her coworkers opinions and consult with them to make sure I got nothing but the best. I can’t recommend her enough on her beautiful job on my color correction and not only is it perfect but she matched my hair it’s back to its natural blonde. I will be going back to her for touch ups and not DIY at home anymore! I def wanted to post a review because unfortunately I had to rush out at the end and left it wet (I have curly hair) and didn’t feel like I told her how much I really loved it especially when it dried. Thank you Lily so much!!! I tried to take some quick photos with my hair half straight to show the color and cut. I usually wear it curly and it looks even better with the curls! It’s exactly what I wanted and needed

I was a little skeptical when I went to Looking Good after seeing so many negative reviews, but my experience was the exact opposite. Becky was my stylist—she was incredibly gentle and understood exactly the cut I wanted. My hair was frizzy and uneven from a previous salon, and every trim felt like a tug, but with Becky I barely felt a thing—it was more like a spa treatment than a haircut!
She took the time to show me how to care for my hair at home and recommended fantastic products that have made a world of difference. Every penny was worth it. Thank you, Becky! I couldn’t leave without sharing my experience. I hope this review helps anyone planning to visit Looking Good.

Have been going to Looking Good since they opened. Have never had a bad experience with any of the stylist! My family goes there as well. No complaints from any of us. I not only get it styled and cut but they do a great job on my color.

Absolutely disgraceful. My friend went to Looking Good Hair Co expecting a professional service, and instead walked out with a botched hairstyle and zero accountability from the staff. Not only did they completely mess up her hair, but when she voiced her concerns, they didn’t even offer the basic decency of a refund—no apology, no ownership, just attitude.
This place has no business charging professional prices for amateur results. If you care about your hair—or being treated with even a shred of respect—do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Looking Good? More like Looking Gone.

Do not book here !!! A few months ago I went in for a haircut I asked for a basic bob and highlights . Instead of telling me she couldn’t do it she butchered my hair!!! It’s been 5 months and still won’t grow back. Not only did she destroy my hair but she was rude also. Please don’t go here unless you want to cry about your hair for months :( the photo on the bottom is what I wanted.

Came in with an idea, and it was executed very nicely! Kristlin asked me lots of questions that helped with the haircut process. Had well over 6 inches cut off, so it was a pretty bold move. Trusted her and she did an awesome job. This was my first experience here and I will be a return customer.
Came in to see Kristin again after 4 months and she did an awesome job! She was very attentive to everything I asked for.

I was not going to post a review. I was going to just leave it alone, that is until I got a reply to the review I sent in to their booking app. So here it is. Yes I did go in with black box dye hair with faded blue hair. The black box dye was 1 1/2 years faded. The blue was basically blonde other than right at the roots. I asked just to be as blonde as I could in 1 session and told her I knew it wouldn’t be completely even. I went in a month or 2 ago for a consultation with Becky. She did a test strand that lifted beautifully and she quoted me about 4 hours and between $400-500. So I saved up and made the appointment. It took 3 1/2 hours for her to do just the back of my head. Then when the salon closed 2 other stylists jumped in to do the front of my head. I did end the session abruptly. I was very upset I had been there for 5 hours and was being charged HOURLY. I was there from 11-4. She told me I still needed another 1-2 hours of work done. Plus the entire time I was there she was asking other stylists about how to do my hair AND making nasty remarks about it “this is a mess” “this is just ugh”. One girl Lily, offered to help repeatedly and Becky kept declining bc she is still in school. Then other stylists were talking about me after I chose to end the service. What got me to make the review was the way they responded to my review. The entire time they made me feel terrible about the way my hair was and made it seem like it was horrible to be having to do it when that is their job. After reading the way they respond to other bad reviews I guess I should’ve known not to go there. Now I’m having to pay more to fix it. Btw they still charged me $360. I also left with bleach and I’m guessing shampoo in my ears. She took the time to brush my hair after rinsing but couldn’t get that off my ears. Do not recommend

Customer service was unacceptable, workers talking to each other about customer. Originally quoted 4 hour for full request started to go on to 5 hours without being halfway done. Very disappointing.
