I had wonderful experience shopping for a new mattress for my fiance and myself. Manager was understanding and not pushy at all. She understood that we were not in a rush and wanted to find the perfect fit. Texting service made it easy to ask question that came up after our visit. Happy to say that our mattress was delivered this morning with little fuss. Would definitely recommend

We are very pleased with our purchase at Mattress Firm. The sleep expert Hayden was very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was better than all the previous stores we shopped today. The customer service was outstanding and the mattress is great.

Great experience at Mattress Firm. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Duncan! He was in training, but we didn't know that until he told us. He did a great job! Looking forward to some restful sleep on our new mattress.

Genevievé was excellent in helping my wife and I choose a new mattress and adjustable base for our home. She was very honest in her assessment of certain makes and models and helped us find something within our budget. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for their perfect mattress.

I went to the Mechanicsville location and had an all around great experience with the help of their employee Tay. He asked for my budget prior to testing out mattresses and only showed those that fit within the range. He was very kind throughout my time there and took into consideration what my needs were. I got a great deal and left very happy with the mattress I got. THANK YOU TAY!!!

The person was very knowledgeable and wanted to sell us the mattress that fit our needs the best, even if it was one of the less expensive models. They also made sure to give me every discount they could. I wish all sales people were like this. The mattresses were also comfortable and I thought they were very reasonably priced. I recommend you ask for Tay if you go here.

We looked at multiple different mattresses at many different stores. Ultimately , we found the best deal here and Tayvaun helped us get it by calling his manager to see if he could get the price lowered. He was also respectful and polite.

Genevieve was very professional and never pushy. She let us experience different options and let us take our time. She even stayed past closing and never made us feel like we had to get out. That is definitely why we came back the next day to experience more options and make our purchase.

Learned so much today about sleep and mattresses. Genevieve was patient, extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. Delivery, setup and removal of old mattress very reasonable. Services not offered at other non mattress firm stores. Very pleased. Go to Hanover Square Mattress Firm!
