First of all, the cleaners is dirty looking too high and they had my outfit in there for over two weeks and didn't call me and tell me that they couldn't clean it. Don't even go to that dirty looking place bad service those who going because you live right there find some elsewhere to go

Been coming here for years. Can’t believe it doesn’t have a bunch more ratings. Doesn’t look like much on the outside but the owner is super nice, super affordable and cares about his customers. Always look forward to seeing John or Tiffany’s smile.

I had a very positive experience here, in which the gentleman explained why dry cleaning was not the best option for my garment, and he gave specific instructions for how to clean it at home. I was impressed by how frank and helpful he was, despite me not buying anything. Next time I need something cleaned I will not hesitate to return.

I've had trouble with my dry cleaning. I took in a gown to be hemmed by 2 inches. It was promised to me in a week. I gave them 10 days. When I went to go pick up my dress, they could not find the dress. After 15 minutes searching, The young guy found my dress balled up in the laundry hamper. When I asked why my dress was in there, he said they just didn't get to it. He said they would make the dress a priority and it will be done within two days, which it was. When I went to go pick up the dress, they gave me the wrong dress. It looked like my dress, same stye and color. I didn't realize he had given me the wrong dress. At lunch time, he called me and asked for me to bring back The dress I have picked up because the owner was there to pick hers up. I was totally ticked off. At the end of the day I return the dress I need to pick up my dress. I had asked them for a discount for all my troubles and what he said was, he would give me a discount on the next dry cleaning I brought into him. I told him yeah right you won't be seeing me back here. Bad Service!
