This was our first time using Mechanicsville Toyota. We are long time 4Runner/Camry/Crown owners and we wanted to trade in our 2020 4runner on a new Limited iForce Max Hybrid. We worked with Ricky and we were very happy with his service and interaction with us during the spec and order phase and followed by the receipt of new truck on 11/11. We were already in talks with an agent in Williamsburg. We met Ricky and we were instantly impressed in his knowledge and were provided excellent customer experience. Hands down the best car buying experience. Daniel was excellent and talks to you like a normal person, truly wanting to know what YOU want in a vehicle. My salesperson was Ricky Gomez. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I did not feel pressured or that he or the other people I dealt with were “pushy” in any way. I appreciated his knowledge and felt the whole experience was very good. I would certainly consider Mechanicsville Toyota and Ricky the next time I am in the market for a car.

My Salesman Was Ricardo. He was great at his job, patient, and a trooper for going on that test drive with us as I was having a off driving day. He even stayed late so I could bring in my trade in and sign the paperwork. I have a great experience overall at the Mechanicsville Toyota in Richmond.
