“I went to this location to have a document shrunken and laminated. The lady behind the counter happily did exactly what I needed done. Unlike the Mechanicsville location where the guy behind the counter had an attitude and didn’t want to help. He directed me to the pay copier to do the shrinking myself, so he could just laminate it. Also found other items I wanted while I was at this location. Overall I had a great experience.”

“This has been my go-to OfficeMax and I’m yet to have a complaint about them. Today I had a particularly absent-minded day, which resulted in me forgetting my license at one of the machines and not realizing until hours later. When I tell you I was in full panic mode, because nobody wants to spend a day at the DMV if they can avoid it!
Meanwhile, despite it being hours later, the folks on duty were far more alert than I was. The minute I walked in, not one, not two, but three different associates recognized me as the person on the ID. They’d made sure to store it securely and reunited me with my license.
In a world that’s so quick to complain, I wanted to make sure I gave this store their flowers. Y’all were the real MVPs in my life today and I appreciate you looking out for me. ??”

“Exceptional customer service at this location. Tara was incredibly helpful with my daughter’s bridal shower invitation and took the time to ensure all information was corrected before printing. She also assisted me with a poster I had made, providing excellent guidance throughout the process. Tara was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. I will absolutely return to her for all of my future printing needs. While another staff member in the department was not as helpful, Tara’s dedication and customer-focused approach made all the difference. She is greatly appreciated and deserving of recognition.”
