Unlike the Mechanicsville location where the guy behind the counter had an attitude and didn’t want to help. He directed me to the pay copier to do the shrinking myself, so he could just laminate it. Also found other items I wanted while I was at this location. Overall I had a great experience.”

Prices are a little higher than others, but the store is always clean and I've never had a customer service representative thst wasn't willing to help me with any and all of my questions or needs. They've walked me to the items I couldn't find or directed me to exactly what I've needed and when I couldn't find something, which is rare, they order it. They printed the signs I made for my daughters wedding and baby shower and they turned out great!”
