“I love that when I need something, they have it. Prices are a little higher than others, but the store is always clean and I've never had a customer service representative thst wasn't willing to help me with any and all of my questions or needs. They've walked me to the items I couldn't find or directed me to exactly what I've needed and when I couldn't find something, which is rare, they order it. They printed the signs I made for my daughters wedding and baby shower and they turned out great!”

“Excellent customer service! I called LaDiff yesterday for advice on a leather recliner, and Lea (designer) went completely above and beyond. All over the phone and text, she checked inventory, provided delivery options, and sent over quotes in no time. I was incredibly impressed by how well she knew her stock and how quickly she calculated timelines for special orders. To top it off, I texted her a photo of my room, and she used an AI tool to reply with pictures of how the furniture would actually look in my space. She truly went the extra mile - highly recommend working with Lea!”

“Excellent customer service and great quality! I ordered my notary stamps and received them even faster than expected. The PDF proof option was incredibly helpful—it gave me confidence that all my information was correct, and I appreciated the care taken to ensure everything was approved before fulfillment. As a former Deputy Clerk at the Hanover Circuit Court, we always recommended Acorn for their reliability and dependability—and now I can personally confirm that still holds true. This was my first order, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for such a smooth and professional experience!”

“We have been using Cobb for 3 or 4 years now and I do not see anything changing that anytime soon! Our rep, Natalie, is absolutely fantastic! If I need anything she is on the spot with the info I need, be it a quote for a new machine or guiding me to the exact person to solve my tech issue. The Service Department remain second to none, Johnny – big thank you for your help with our Wide Format printer help. I want to thank you for all you do!”

“I went to this location to have a document shrunken and laminated. The lady behind the counter happily did exactly what I needed done. Unlike the Mechanicsville location where the guy behind the counter had an attitude and didn’t want to help. He directed me to the pay copier to do the shrinking myself, so he could just laminate it. Also found other items I wanted while I was at this location. Overall I had a great experience.”
