Vet Visit @Banfield
They did a really good job getting my
Dog Gizmo in asap. Called Monday and able to visit Tuesday. Pleased with conversation with both vet assistant and vet herself. Listened and answered my many questions as to treatment provided both their and home followup.

I adopted my forever friend, Goose, from Cat's Cradle at this Pet Smart. The volunteers and store staff were all top notch. Thank you all for helping these animals find homes.

I have gone to the grooming salon every month for over 2 years and it has gotten progressively worse. I made sure to do the pre check before coming for my dogs appointment everytime. This appointment, It took 30 MINUTES to finally get my dog to the back. The receptionist was on a personal phone call as I arrived in and then went on a phone call to schedule another customer. The level of impotency is astounding. I understand being thorough, but this is a new low. Not only was the customer service very poor. The receptionist decided to berate me as it had been a while since I took my dog to the groomer. Worst customer service by far.

Sierra the groomer is AMAZING. She’s very patient with my moody Shih Tzu I’ve been to her a few times and never had a complaint about anything at all

They can always take me or fit me in. Very friendly staff. Very reasonable and my dog seems happy. Recommend the furmnator treatment for shedding dogs. It's a life saver.

After ordering online I placed an in store pickup, (2 days prior to pickup) just to drive an hour to hear the order had been canceled due to not having it in stock. Why have the option online to order and pickup if the email confirmation said “half the order had to be canceled” no one else carried it and on my only day off this was wonderful news! Will just have it shipped by Chewy from now on to my house.

Service is good, prices are average. Many items available in variety. Sometimes because of the grooming area you may have to watch your step. Overall a great place to get what you need for your pets.

Great store to get pet stuff of all kinds of things. Or just drop by the see the cool pets they have there! Fun! Oh, and don't forget to bring your cat or dog along!
