Sat at order spot 10 minutes. Order button pushed. Nobody took order. Only 4 customer vehicles there. Bad service/no service. Went to Arby's.

I've tried a few times but everything tastes artificial. Just not very enjoyable fast food. Tonight I ordered the chocolate-covered strawberry shake. As compared to Bruster's Ice Cream and even Cook Out, Sonics Ice Cream just doesn't taste good.

Make Sonic a dine in restaurant. You're missing out on a greater targeted customer base. Bring back the car hops. That was the original concept, right?! All in all, it's a cool place to eat. The food is great. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is what each individual makes it.

Ordered a shake and paid for extra ingredient. The guy came out with the shake and I paid cash. He had to go back in to get change. I tasted the shake and it didn't taste like it had the extra ingredient I paid for. I asked him about it and just kinda shrugged and said, I'm sure it's in there and turned around and walked back inside. Just not what I was expecting.

Pulled up and ordered ONE drink through the app. No one came so I pushed the call button and the guy came out, saw I paid for a drink, took a picture of it, and then went back inside. He went in and out three more times and after 45 minutes, told me that he didn't know why the order wasn't coming through and to pull into the drive thru that had eight cars in it. I finally just left after paying for a drink I never received. AWFUL MANAGEMENT.

I placed an order in the drive-thru at this location. The order was wrong and I caught half of it there. I didn't notice the second sandwich they gave me was also wrong until I left the location. I called the store directly and nobody ever bothered to answer. I called and emailed sonic customer support and I was lied to, ignored, and hung up on. I just wanted my money back for the terrible service and ended up being completely disrespected and nobody at sonic knows what customer service is apparently. The Limeade is always good though.

Went to sonic this evening to get dinner on the way home for my family. They took minimal time to answer and gather our order but took awhile to get our food car hopped to the car. Even after it said the waitress was on the way, it still took several minutes. I get the place is short staffed so we wait. The lady comes out with our food, gives our food and then I proceed to give her a 25 dollar giftcard and cash for the remaining balance and she says they can't take 2 types of payment as their register can't allow it. This baffles me as iv been to many places and they all apply the gift card amount and then you can pay cash/card the remaining amount. I press and inquire why and she says her register can't do it and didn't have a sufficient answer. By this point of going back and forth, my kids in the back are tired of waiting and antsy...me and my husband are frustrated so we pay in cash and I told her I would follow up with her manager. Got home and to add insult to injury our order was missing things. I called the place to talk to a manager and it just kept ringing and when prompted for the vociemail...I was unable to, it was full. I then read the reviews on here and see where there is a number to call...I called and talked to a lady who asked for information...she couldn't help or rectify the situation so she said she would pass along my information for a callback from the site manager. Stay tuned but this was horrible customer service. Never in my life have I been denied use of a giftcard.

They unfortunately ran out of the ingredients for the milkshake I ordered, which was fine, as I just decided to choose a different flavor. I got the chocolate chunk, which must have been made by the laziest person there, there were about 5 pieces of brownie, and the rest was what I THOUGHT was vanilla ice cream, but was actually supposed to be chocolate ice cream, because all of the syrup was clumped up at the bottom, so it clearly just wasn’t mixed at all.
