I came in the shop on September 29, 2023. The staff was not friendly at all. I had to wait one hour to get my lip wax. I was told I had to wait 45 minutes. The lady who waxed my lip acted like I was poison. Didn’t give me a mirror afterwards to let me see the finished product. I could tell nobody wanted to serve me. Nobody smile at the customers. I will never place my feet in this shop again. Racist staff.

I’d love to come into your shop and be greeted like a valued customer who is appreciated rather than an inconvenience. If I could give you zero stars, I would. You have poor reviews because your customer service is lacking. And don’t tell a customer that you can do their nails and make them wait and then tell them that you can’t do powder dip and you can only do gel to force them to come back later. It’s what the customer wants that matters, NOT what you feel like doing at the moment. This is supposed to be a place of relaxation and pampering, and where a customer can go for self care. I never feel that way in your salon. Shame on you for not caring more about your customers. I’m never coming back.

The attitude is what turned me off and I will never return. If you want customers then treat them like you do if you want to treat people like c*** don't expect them to want to come there.
