Had to wait almost an hour to be seen. To be told that they don’t have a screen protector for my phone that I had to have one mailed to me for insurance on my phone. (which isn’t true.) have never had this poor of service from T-Mobile ever. The representative never accessed my account or told me her name.

We were in the store Saturday morning. Eli was the only one that was working. He was busy at times. He multi tasked with us and the next customer in line. He was great. Handle each customer with professionalism. Very knowledgeable. Thank you for great customer service.

Tyler, Tanisha and Mia are working hard over there, sometimes w/o adequate corporate support? They need Labels printed? IDK ??♀️ They have to wait on the phone w/corporate like Customers do ??

I came back to provide an update. After speaking to a few leaders at T Mobile, we have been advised that this location has been illegally forcing customers to buy an accessory with a new phone/upgraded phone purchase. Class action lawsuit on the way because my consumer rights have been violated. This locations manager's name is Tyler.

I had a really good experience with Tmobile yesterday, especially with sales associate Brittany and store manager Tyler. I only came in for Tmobile Tuesday and ended up with a new phone and watch that I so needed. They greeted every customer that entered with a smile and made everyone feel like they had their undivided attention! In todays times where most business drop the ball with customer service, they didn't and I really appreicate that. So again shout to them and their store!! Thanks for the upgrade and my goodies!!!

I went in to buy an Apple Watch & waited for 20 mins… maybe more. There were two staff members working. The male was busy, while the female was venting about something in the back room.The male asked the female if she could help me because he was with a customer. The female was so busy in her personal life she didn’t even check to see if they had Apple Watches… she just said “we don’t have any Apple Watches” and went back to arguing with whoever she was speaking with on the phone. ?

I didn't complete the survey tmobile sent me in time and I feel horrible so I wanted to be sure I posted one online. We went to tmobile to upgrade my phone so my husband could get my phone. It usually takes a while because I have so much stuff on my phone that has to transfer over. Cameron greeted us very quickly and immediately sent us to Tyson to get everything started. He had the whole transaction started within about 5 minutes and had my husband's old phone ready for trade in. He told us the amount due that day and our monthly payment. When he got the screen protector and wall cube, he asked if I wanted to pay today or finance which I thought was a great option since the screen protectors aren't exactly cheap. I was very tired and hungry after a long day of work but they kept us entertained and talked to us the entire time. We ended up paying less than expected I guess because of the trade in which was a nice surprise. I've always been happy with tmobile (I've had them since middle school and had my own account for almost 10 years now) and experiences like that remind me why. Cameron and Tyson made it an enjoyable experience even though I was tired.

When I came in I asked the price of an iPhone and was informed of the monthly cost. When I was checking out I was told I to pick a phone case, I asked the associate how much the case was and she said FREE she even put a screen protector on the phone for “FREE”. Upon paying an inspecting my bill total I realized these items were not free. They were added to the monthly cost. She even added a charging brick to my monthly cost with out confirming this with me. She added an extra 96$ worth of items to my bill. I immediately gave them back upon realization.This is deceptive and extremely machiavellian . I felt like I was at a sketchy used car dealership. When I realized I was charged for the items an asked to have them removed she did not assist me and she let her counterpart do it . No apology, no explanation. Her coworker seemed to understand and processed my return. Avoid this store at all cost , if you do go check over your bill and contact throughly.Update:Protection 360 Tier 5 TE was also added to my plan with out me knowing ! I did not ask for this nor did I agree. I had to contact T-Mobile to have it removed. This is ridiculous and I will be contacting the BBB and Corporate.
