Great sleep quality on a fairly priced mattress. However, be aware of their removal criteria: the driver decides if your old mattress is worthy of disposal. My 17 year old mattress was just dirty and worn out and failed his subjective judgement.

You need to check out their warranty! It seems that they will repair, but not replace. I don’t want them to pick up my mattress, put in a plastic bag. Take it in and Who knows what they do to protect my mattress and return. Who knows what, where and who worked on it.

Outstanding service. Gentleman was inviting, understanding and patient. He was also a no nonsense, direct salesperson which I respect. He didn't beat around the bush and told it like it is. Will definitely shop there again.

Bought two mattresses (one kid, one adult) here in the two years since we moved to the area and couldn't have been more pleased. Definitely the right value - sightly higher cost than others but with much greater return for your investment! Also at the Mechanicsville location we worked with the same salesperson both times and he not only worked with us professionally he connected with us on a personal level and made the whole experience very pleasant - recommended an appropriate upgrade to our product without pressuring or selling - truly very helpful and knowledgeable! Would recommend as our sole mattress provider and one we are looking forward to visiting again, but not until many years and mattress flips have passed!

The prices are great , we have bought a lot of items from the store. Today we picked up our new mattress from the store . I was having trouble loading the mattress and asked the man who sold us the mattress if he could help me just get it on the back of my truck . “ I was about 6 feet away from the door” He said our policy says “ we can’t help passed this point and watched me struggle to load the mattress. I’m all about Policy’s, how ever I’m more concern about customer service!! We spent a lot of money today and over the years at this store and he just stood there. I will NEVER spend another dime there. You need to work on your policy’s and not only make a deal in the stores but maybe sometimes help load if a person needs it’s!!

The Manager was eager to explain or answer my questions. I had already done most of my research online but he was helpful when that model wasn't quite what I wanted. I left knowing exactly what to expect. I do wish I could have gotten my mattress delivered a tad faster but I do understand, since I live 40 minutes from the store I was at. So far, we are happy with the purchase.

Helpful salesman, let us take our time picking out a new set. Terrific quality, love the two-sided feature to flip regularly. I just added a memory foam topper and am now getting the best night's sleep I've had for some time. I also like OMF's no haggle, no sale policy. Reasonable delivery and old bed removal fee, too.

The salesman was helpful, but not pushy. He clearly believed in his product enough that he knew if we had the information, there was no need to push. They have many unique features. Delivery was about a week out. It is very comfortable.

Salesman at this location was there but ultimately didn't seem to care. Sales tactic was to point out why other brands features are an rip off or sales gimmick. Also the associates opening line to us was a lengthy complaint about the last client he had to deal with wasting his time.
