I have been coming to Top Nails for almost 20 years , but the last 2 years I have fell in love with the new owners. They make you feel like family and the atmosphere is very welcoming and pleasing. I appreciate Jenny and LB the owners there the best, if there is a issue they would do there best to get you in to fix it and that's great customer service. Also im one of the raffle winners and I won big ×2 so yes im grateful for the love they display to there customers and im one of them. Keep up the great work Top Nails.

Awesome service. Cindy is the absolute best. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have always been satisfied with my nails and pedicure and recommend them to friends ❤️

The people are always very friendly. They take their time with your nails. They always make sure you feel welcome. I like that I can show a design and they are willing to do them. Also their pedicures are a must make sure to get the volcano pedicure. You will not be disappointed.

This shop was recommended to me by an employer at work very nice location, but my experience was horrible. I suffer from cancer. I undergo vigorous treatment. All I want was peace and to get a full set done well, a male employer heavyset was very disrespectful. The comments he made because I didn’t wanna interact with conversation !!!!! because At the moment I was in pain… and the medicines that the cancer center gives isn’t long active. He was very aggressive with my hands even though I explained to him in the nicest way possible that I’m just not in a space to have conversation, he wanted to know where I work ! my name and where I’m from… I told him in the nicest way possible that I didn’t want to really talk at this moment. I just want to sit in silence. I shouldn’t have to explain what I’m going through to a stranger, especially when I’m paying for Services.. he got upset and He made several comments about me affording my nail set. I gave him the money in the middle of me and my nails done to prove him that ((((black Americans)))) do pay for things the express was very racial. I would never go back there again. I had to call someone on the phone because I felt so uncomfortable until the appointment was over

Mia was my very talented nail tech who gave me this wonderful set, and she worked very quickly. The owner will also do anything to help his customers. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful!
