It’s a 50/50 chance if they have my horse feed in stock and the workers said that they have requested more than one pallet a week and their higher ignores them. Very irritating that they do not have their supply chain figured out by now for the area.

This store is always out of propane for some reason. The New Kent location will run out and get a delivery the same day so I'm not understanding why this location goes days without it.

We spend $1000 plus every month. On the 3rd day this occsasion as soon as they opened this morning they canceled my online order which I was about to pickup and PAID for. In addition 2 items weren't in stock so I cant pick them up till another 4 days. So it's okay to delay there stuff and multiple trips with items PAID for. No phone call nothing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT MEN TEAM. They are TERRIBLE AND RUDE!

This review isn’t a reflection of the store but more of a reflection of the behavior of the staff. This evening I visited this location and was pleasantly greeted by a young lady and directed to the aisle where I could possibly locate spider spray/repellant. Not soon after I got to the aisle, an older gentleman started a floor cleaning machine and headed toward the aisle I was in. The machine was loud and made my shopping experience unbearable. To make matters worse, he not only walked down my aisle without care ( no hello, excuse me, or explanation) but went to the next aisle over and remained there. Not soon after I left the aisle and headed towards the exit he turned it off. There was no mess on either aisle. Of all the empty aisles in the store he chose to run that machine near me, which was rude, unprofessional and uncharacteristic of my previous shopping experiences at this store. This employee will dissuade customers from shopping here as he made my shopping experience uncomfortable. I felt that he did not want me in the store. Please address this staff member regarding his rude and unprofessional behavior.

This place has a lot of stuff. Boots, hats, & clothing. Dog food and bird seed, which we buy the 40-pound bags of black oil sunflower seed. Great store need to explore more. A little bit of everything. Check em out and, enjoy!

This is probably one of three times I have left a business review but I can’t shake the way I feel after leaving this store. It was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I left in tears, feeling belittled and as If I was a burden. I am in the hospitality industry and I believe I have a good grasp on the bare minimum of good or even mediocre customer service.
The gentleman with a bald head and medium stature shouldn’t work in a customer facing business if he doesn’t want to deal with customers. He basically made me feel like my dog was dying and the only thing that would help was “pedialite” (which the store doesn’t carry) (and she was just fine)
I was obviously a bit upset and desperate for information. However his condescending tone and obviously annoyed body language left me feeling worse.
I wasn’t looking for someone to comfort me or kiss my butt. i just d didn’t expect to leave feeling worse than I did before I got to your store. It’s cool to be annoyed or whatever, but the customer shouldn’t be able to tell.
Perception is reality.

Website showed the pet supplies I needed were in stock(Zymox Otic Ear cleaner). When I got there, they were no where in site or overhead. Shevles were nearly bare. And to top it off a mouse ran right across my path in the aisle. Notified the cashier. He just said "Ok". That was my first and last time in that establishment.
