Female employee was very rude and unhelpful when trying to print a UPS label purchased on UPS.com website, she stated she would not print label without charging a $2 fee. Also said there was no such thing as a UPS drop box and that UPS doesn't have drop off boxes even though I use them all the time. Completely awful experience and poorly trained employee.

Now. You need to show your id before you can ship . When did they start doing this? I have been shipping my packages since this store opened and I NEVER EVER WAS ASKYTO SHOW MY ID AND THEY REFUSED TO EXPLAIN WHY????

I came into this UPS and was immediately given attitude by the employee working. I think her name was Julia. She was extremely rude and unpleasant to work with. She seemed irritated that I didn't know exactly how procedures worked at this store when trying to ship something. I will not be coming back here despite it being very close to my house and I recommend you don't either if you want to be treated like a person.

All employees have attitudes and don't care. No matter what time of day the employees are always unhelpful. Not wasting my time at this store anymore.

Avoid unless you absolutely have to go to this location. The employees here are so rude. They barely acknowledge you and then get an attitude if you don't know their process in this store. I asked to speak to the manager last time and I was told that I could leave instead. Another customer approached me outside and said that it wasn't me but that this store is just that bad. He said he has had a mailbox here for 5 months and was never even given a key. He apparently has asked to speak the manager every time he comes in and is told that the manager is not there and they don't know when he will be.
I wouldn't necessarily believe him except he waited in line for over ten minutes behind me and got to the counter just to ask if he had any mail. And when he approached me outside he had a single letter in his hand. As bad as this store is I completely believe they would be to lazy to get anyone a key.

Absolutely awful store. The staff are rude and will kick customers out and lock the doors if it's within 20 minutes of closing. The owner is non existent and has ignored me for months about a package theft issue in this store. They will probably respond to my review asking me to email them about this and then ignore my email like they've been ignoring me and my calls.

Such great and quick service!
Walked in and saw a line almost out the door, about 6-8 people in front of me. I initially thought I was going to be there for 15 minutes waiting.
NOPE! I was in and out in less than 6 minutes! Thank you for being prompt and pleasant with your customers!

The representative that I dealt with provided deplorable customer service. I’ve never been to this location before and upon arrival the line was long. Not a deterrent for me, but this lady was simply rude. Seems like she did not want to be there and wanted to take it out on the customer. Very curt when she asked a question and impatient if the answer wasn’t given immediately. I paid $36 to ship a small package, which is beyond my comprehension especially since it is ground and not expedited shipping, but that isn’t my complaint. Can honestly say I will not visit this location again. Very bad experience based upon the interaction with one bad employee…

Very poor experience with this location. Unfortunately, "locally owned" does not equate to "competently operated".
I had to run an errand at lunch and I chose this location. When I arrived, there was a line of about 12 people, with two people on registers. Not too bad and it seemed to be moving.
When I got up to the front, I asked the first cashier (a young man) my questions about shipping options and labels. Immediately I am told that the register is down and it will be 5-10 minutes before he can help me. I don't like the fact that he seemed unprepared to answer my questions, but that is fine...maybe he needed to see something in the register to quote a price. I step off to the side and wait.
10 minutes pass. The same cashier has now helped about 4 people (appears to be scanning packages). Before he can call another person in line, I raise my hand and politely asked if the register was back online. He said it was still down. I asked him for an ETA for when it was coming back, since the 5-10 minute window no longer applies. He said it would likely be down for the rest of the day. At this point, I challenged him as to why he said 5-10 minutes before. If the register is down for the day, then I would have needed to find another store.
At this point, the second cashier (an older lady) tells me I'm being rude, that HER register is up and that she does not want to service me because of my attitude. I explained three times that her associate said 5-10 minutes on HIS register and proceeded to change his story when I followed up on this (now apparently, the wait was to use HER register). At this point, she does not want to listen (or provide service) and I asserted my story again. She also said it "had not been 10 minutes". I was asked to wait at 12:40 and it was 12:52 when I asked for the followup on the wait time, so...no. However, it was clear that I would have to go elsewhere and also that the crowd was a result of slow and incapable service. Finally, I just gave up and told her I'd be seeing her on Google reviews and walked out.
Ma'am, if you're reading this, I wish you and your operation the best of luck staying in business. The first cashier probably misspoke about the register coming back online (and he had the appearance this was probably his first real job), but the response to the follow-up, the sheer volume of people waiting in the store and inability to help with two address labels and shipping an envelope is not a good look for a UPS store. Thank you for wasting my lunch hour today.

Worst UPS store ever!!!! No customers in store, 3 working, but no one would check my return. That was all that was needed, the scan gun, nothing else. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible customer service!!! Would give zero stars if it was available.
