Went to the Mechanicsville UPS Store today and Mr.John waited on me he was sooooo friendly and very helpful.He also went to my car and got the package out for me ,cause it was a bit heavy.From now on I will be sending my packages from that store.The other employees was very friendly as well.Wish I could give more store cause they are well deserved

I have used UPS store since we’ve moved here back in November. Everyone there has always been very helpful until today Today I went in there to return two things to Amazon. I did not get a tracking label. I called the store up. Talk to this very rude lady and she said it would take her a minute to check it out because the gentleman that help me did not scan my Amazon on my phone. I just got a call from the lady again . I did not get her name unfortunately. I was trying to explain to her what was going on she interrupted me several times telling me there was nothing they could do. They have a lot of packages there she goes out. she told me I was irritating her and she was trying to eat her lunch. She’s the one who called me back. I told her how dare she speaks to customers like this when I was not even being rude. I was trying to get this transaction settled so I know what was going on. I am so upset right now I’m 45 minutes away and I want to talk to the manager or the owner of the store. I have never been talked to so rude than today. bottom line the gentleman that was helping me there this morning did not scan my barcode on my Amazon return on my phone and that’s why I never got a tracking number label. This was $165 item. I am trying to get a hold of the manager now or the owner.

If you need a quick and easy Amazon return, go somewhere else. I have never seen a line like this as a UPS store! Clear through the store, more than 10 people in front of me. And the line didn't move fast...Upon getting to the front of the obscenely long line, I was told to go to a kiosk and process my own return. If you are the owner reading this, PLEASE put up a sign! I was not the only person in that line doing an Amazon return. This is a hidden secret and would save people so much time! The only thing worse than waiting in a long line is realizing when you get to the front that you didn't have to!!

This facility kicked my package back to the sender without my consent. They owe me $13.98. I payed for the postage, I want my package or my postage back.

So I go in, there's a line toward the back of the store so I go get in line.Young black girl finishes up with customer & as ppl come in the front door, she takes them. I'm like do I speak up. Thinking ok, next person should be me even tho she took the first customer that had walked in. No, she takes another customer. By now, I'm so upset I look at the other clerk, she goes over to the young girl, whipsers something to her. So I just walked up to the counter. Poor young girl really needed a wake up call. I dare say, she probably won't be there long. I know I won't be going there again.

Didn't mind waiting in the long line for service, but was disappointed in the customer service, and attitudes of the staff. No hello, no information about service being performed, no thanks to the customers, and an attitude that made me feel like my coming in was an inconvenience. Dana and Savannah were working on the front, and both appeared tired (pouting, and yawning in my face) and disinterested in the customer experience. I wasn't singled out, they treated everyone the same way.Huge difference from the last time I visited this store.
