Apparently I refused a package that I ordered while I was home all day. With my door wide open, with my dog who barks when people come to the door. The driver must have been so stealthy that my ring doorbell didn’t catch the interaction that we apparently had where I refused my own package that I ordered with my own money.
Called UPS about this issue..they were supposed to call me back at 3 and let me know what’s going on with my package…haven’t heard a thing. My phone hasn’t rang.
It must be nice for an ups delivery driver to make $45 an hour to make me have to get up and take my baby out of the house to go get my package. Drivers like this do not deserve their jobs. I’ve filed a formal complaint and the driver now has to explain why he lied. I hope he gets fired. This is ridiculous.

There are no signs to help you find where to go if you need to pick up a package, but the woman inside who helped me once I figured it out was great. After a bad ordeal with customer service and just UPS as a whole to get a package that needed to be signed for she was the only person who was actually helpful and, even though I needed to return the next day to actually pick up my package, remember me and helped me very quickly and had my package waiting when I arrived.

On time delivery? Not from Richmond. Somehow my packages can make it across the country in a day, but when they hit Richmond, they are “processing” for a week or more, sometimes being sent to Little Rock, Albuquerque, and Kalamazoo. Richmond is consistently the problem source. Management at this facility should be ashamed of themselves.

They care more about production numbers and stops per mile than actually delivering packages. Customers don’t care about your numbers.

Really, out of 10 packages 1 was late and they claim weather. 1 has just gone missing.

It would be SO great if somebody could actually answer the phone at this facility! There's literally actual people you can hire to do nothing but answer phones... we typically call them receptionists! It doesn't surprise me at all to see all these complaints... if you can't even do something as basic as answering a phone, I have 0 faith in anything else they do! Come on UPS! Do better!

Package was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. They can't tell me why it's delayed very poor customer service. They had no more info than the Amazon app on my phone. Waste of time calling them.

UPS was supposed to deliver a package to my house on 11/23/21 which needed to be signed for. According to UPS tracking, delivery was attempted on 11/23/21 @ 4:37 pm, which it was not. According to tracking, the receiver (me) refused the package. The next tracking update on 11/29/21 @ 11:59 am says damage reported, merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details.Several calls later and a visit to the distribution center, I have been told that the driver decided the package was damaged and may not have even attempted to deliver it.My question is, is it normal for a UPS delivery driver to determine whether a package is damaged and therefore not deliver.Oh and the distribution center on Richfood Road is now saying my package is being sent back to the Burtonsville, MD distribution center for further investigation.

Guys never showed up to my house and said I refused the package. You actually have to show up for me to refuse it. I waited outside for ups both days working on my truck. No show.
