I like Walgreens. But today I am afraid they missed the mark. I know employees hard to find. I went in to ask a question and sales person in miscellaneous isle was on her phone and never even responded. Maybe there should be a no phone policy during work hours. I left and went to CVS. They greeted me, helped me sign up for discount coupon, gave me more coupons and I left with huge purchase for 9 dollars! I also noticed selection was very poor compared to other times

Robbed me of $100 dollars because they filled the wrong prescription, and when I went to return it, they told me the pharmacy doesnt allow for returns.

They do not understand how to follow directions to cancel orders within a 24-hour timeline life saving meds for me

I was recently selected to interview for a position. I was told during the interview that I could negotiate the starting wage. I graciously received an offer letter and it noted the wage. A wage that I said during the interview that I would not be able to take. Too substantial of a pay cut from my current occupation. So I called and noted this and the individual who I will not name got in my opinion quite snippy. I was told during the interview I could negotiate and was never given the opportunity. At the time of the interview the interviewer was professional and courteous as was the staff but the attitude I received just now on the phone was unacceptable and was in so many words told that the wage was nonnegotiable even though I was told it was. I noted in the interview that I did not want to waste their time with the process if I couldn’t even negotiate up. Quite disappointed in this because I was genuinely interested and excited for the position. No more than 30 seconds after the phone call where I respectfully requested to withdraw I received an email saying I was not selected due to lack of qualifications which is not true. 2 stars only because they were nice to me on the day of the interview. I feel like I dodged a bullet. Shame too.

After getting confirmation my order was ready, I show up to find out it hasn’t been started… more than an hour after it was confirmed ready!! The lady was beyond rude and then said she’s the store manager

Constantly being sent away by the pharmacy. Latest example was that I just had surgery and my doc called in a script. Went there 30-60 mins after it was called in and was told it wasn’t ready and to come back in 20-30 minutes. Came back in 20 minutes and sat in a line of 4 cars for 30 minutes. Then we were told to come back after 2:00pm at 1:20pm. Is it really that hard to give an accurate estimate of when 12 pills will be put into a bottle?

There is ALWAYS an issue when filling medication here. Either they don’t run it through insurance correctly and charge the wrong amount, run out of a medication and forget to tell you, or won’t work with you over the phone because “numbers and letters sound the same over the phone so you need to come in.” Pharmacy staff is not only unhelpful, but also talk to you like you are stupid.

The pharmacy staff are very rude. They roll their eyes and stomp away. I've run into multiple employees behind the counter who just have the worst attitude. Prescriptions also always take way too long, going beyond the amount of time they told us. Would not recommend this pharmacy.

Why this pharmacy closes at 9pm with 3 emergency centers within 10 miles is ridiculous! Just recently found out they now close the pharmacy at 6pm on Saturday and Sundays. Time to switch pharmacies after 7yrs of using them.

Wanted to get a prescription filled and the tech told me it would be a 20 minute wait. I waited 30 minutes to be respectful of their time and when I asked if the prescription was ready, they hadn’t processed it yet and said it would be another 30-40 minute wait. Communication gap is evident and wouldn’t recommend getting your prescriptions filled here.

On Thursday my doctor sent the wrong quantity of 90 of my pills for pain so I was told I had to get him to call in a new prescription for the correct amount of 120 pills. I did and he resent a new prescription. That's where Walgreens employees started to mess up. First, they had the new prescription on Thursday but only filled the one for 90 and never updated the app because "they thought they'd put the new script on hold for the future", which, for and opiod, you can't do and I needed the 120 for the month. Secondly, my doctors nurse told me to have them recount the pills in front of me. No big deal, right? The cashier was confused so he asked the pharmacist what to do and she gave him a dirty tray and knife with powder on it to count them. When he was almost done, a pharmacist-in-training with an attitude took control and, loud enough for all the other customers to hear, she said "I've already counted these three times". Which I didn't see her do. Then, she poured all the pills into her UNGLOVED hand to put back on the tray to start counting them! Eww! She counted them too fast for me to keep up or see, then put them back in the bottle and put the bottle in a bag and shoved them at me. My doctor isn't open on the weekend so I had to spend 4 days without my pain medication and I had to work those 4 days, 12 hours a day, in brutal pain. Time for me to change to a different pharmacy.

The online order process is absolutely the worst. Their system always have errors or is down. They charge more for going into the store and try to promote online coupons; sadly, Walgreens does not have the capability to handle online orders.
