you know if walmart is now charging almost 10dollars for a bag of apples! IF YOU WANNA CHARGE THAT MUCH THEN you need to be sure they are edible! out of each apple more than half needed to cut off! outrageous! you guys are taking advantage of your customers and it is really disgraceful! geesh, i will never buy fruit and vegetable there anymore! i will go to aldi, publix, kroger or food lion! i would rather get fruit that we can eat! almost 10$ for apples! and bag dark hard to see in it, you feel to be sure nothing is soft, then almost every apple has more than half that is inedible! how dare you! I AM GOING TO NOT SHOP THERE .... I THINK I HAVE HAD IT, BETWEEN THE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MEAT, THEN ATTITUDE WITH DELI STAFF AND NOW THE FREAKING FRUIT TOO. I AM SICK OF IT! I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS! THEY HAVE SOME NERVE!

this is my first time having an issue with the grocery pick up at the Mechanicsville Walmart . normally I can order and can get my groceries the same day but not today. I arrived a few minutes early checked in using the app. waited for 45 min. watching cars roll in groceries loaded and leave. then cars that arrived after me were loaded and leaving. I thought what is going on? im like is it because I use EBT? is it because im black? so I leave, got home, tried to cancel my order. tried to call no answer at all. so finally I chatted with an associate on line. was told order is too late to cancel so I head back to Walmart Mechanicsville edited my parking again waited and waited cars after me rolled in and out smh im done at this point. my reservation time was between 4p-5p was I suppose to wait the whole hour? would of been quicker for me to go inside! such a big waste of time and gas.

Had two orders to pick up after work which is a real busy time in the pick-up area. I had both orders within 5 minutes. I love this service! My dog is at home alone all day so it gets me home quick!

Tire department in Mechanicsville Va 23111. Employee signing me in could not retain what I was saying. She wasn't pleasant or listening very well. Asked me my phone number 4 times then couldn't find me in the system, told me to fill out my information. I told her I should be in the system I have been here plenty of times. Then she asked me if I had another phone number. They have 2 bays for oil change and two bays for tires. About 4 or 5 people were out there. They were only using one bay for each. Everyone moving in slow motion. I didn't trust anyone to take care of my car at that point! I couldn't stand to stay there another second so I left. Something has to change that should not be acceptable but some how it's everywhere these days. I came to Express oil and tires to get my oil changed. They were all very polite and welcoming. I'm glad I left that sloppy Walmart location.

Just wanted it known that despite putting 'Open at 12:55 AM" in the filters, the Bell Creek Walmart is NOT open 24/7. It closes at 11:00 PM daily.

Don't show up at 6..hoping to do anything at the money center...customer service doesn't open till 8am...so money center may be open , but with no one to run it...unless there a self serve area, you won't get much accomplished.

My car experienced a blow-out on I-64 late on a Sunday night. Everything was closed so I stayed overnight close to this Wal-Mart so that I could get there early the next morning. Got there around 8am, got my estimate and especially wanted to get the roadside hazard insurance on my new tires. Picked up my vehicle and when I went to pay, I saw that the roadside hazard insurance was not included. Mentioned it to the salesman, who shrugged and said it was too late to add it into the price. Fast forward four days, and I wake up to a low pressure alarm. Same tore that had blown out. Turns out it was due to a leaking valve stem that wasn't installed properly. And because the salesman at this location didn't add the insurance, I had to pay out of pocket. Overall, poor service at this location.

Don't like going in here, only went because a family member wanted something I couldn't find in any other store. Went in, complete redesign of the store I actually worked at this location 7 years ago and hadn't stepped foot in there since, lots and lots of self check out machines. It's obvious they're slowly getting rid of their human employees. The floors were dirty and scuffed, everything looked dirty. The shelves were fairly empty which is to be expected since this whole Rona thing. And I couldn't find what I was looking for so I had to go into a Walmart for a product they didn't even have. Never ever again, I can't stand Walmart I literally feel my whole body tense up just walking into the doors.

I came in to buy an Apple Watch, but unfortunately the electronics employee called out today? Another employee had requested a manager to help me buy this product as it was locked up, but apparently they were all in a meeting. Instead I went to Target and they price matched it. Waste of time.

Everyone knows that Walmart is a convenient mainly one stop shop. This review is solely based off of my most recent Walmart pickup. I'm disappointed that I planned to do same day pickup and my order had not updated that whole day until close to 8pm when it says it would be ready by 8pm that day. I attempted to contact customer service and of course no one answered the phone as large as that store is. So I had no other choice than to physically go inside. Went to customer service and the associate barely provided me with assistance. I was told I could go search for those specific products and I might be able to complete my order that was disposed to be pickup. The items were sitting right on the shelf. Go back to customer service then told the price is different than online. The price online was honored but it took the manager getting involved for their to be a resolve so thank you to her for helping me. Apparently they didn't have enough staff to fulfill pickup orders that go through the contactless pickup tower. All in all I won't be ordering pickup for a while after this experience. The run around was not fun. Other than that Walmart isn't bad but I just couldn't with the lack of communication and effort. My refund fortunately occurred the next day for a canceled item. Be mindful wait times can be longer than expected for pickup items.

Walmart decided to finish her campaign to trade car seats for a gift card on 9/21, advertising still on the website to be on until 9/30. I was at the Mechanicsville VA and spoke with the customer service manager and she only limited to say that the could not be able to do anything because it was a corporate decision. Completely lack of respect to the customers since there was no notice posted anywhere in the store mor the website communicating the change of date.

I will start this off by saying I have a spinal injury and yes I'm young so just by looking at my face you might not be able to tell, my mother has a knee injury. We both went to Walmart for some essentials a couple days ago and when walking in the door we find two motorized wheelchairs provided by Walmart for the customers that need them, we proceed to sit down in the seat and a little African america man who worked at Walmart in a little yellow vest a hat and glasses near the cart section came out and yelled that we could not use these carts because they have people who need them more. I then had to prove to him that we were both injured customers who needed these carts and the man made my mother walk and not use the wheel chair even after seeing how swollen and bruised her knee was. When I asked to talked to his manager he then said oh we have no problem here let her use the cart. Overall he discriminated against her because of the way we looked and it was not okay.

Was just in the store and went through the self check out. I accidentally scanned an item twice and needed it to be removed. When i finally found an enoloyee that could help me, she was having a personal conversation with another customer. After about fifteen minutes she finally came over to help and had the rudest attitude I have ever seen. My husband and i said hello to her and she snubbed it off like she just thought she was so much better than us. When she went to scan her card to approve the item being removed she slammed it on the scanner and just walked away to go stand back at her little post. We definitely will not be going back to that walmart. It was 10pm and they are 24 hours but only had 1 register open..I hate this walmart and definitely prefer the nine mile road store. There were a ton of associates walking around and standing up against poles but none of them wanted to get on a register. They just stood back and watched the one working cashier and self check out lines get backed up. Pure fucking laziness.

Holy #*! What used to be the best Walmart 20 years ago is now the absolute worst. Is this poop hole for real? Shut this pos down. This is my last visit ever to this place, thank god. Update* Still haven't returned to this dumpster, haven't missed a thing
