Yes the food is good and the people that work there are nice but this morning around 6 am I got a breakfast sandwich and it was good and like an hour later I have been going back in forward to the bathroom

I have to be at work at 4;30 two days a week. Starbucks opens at 5 so I decided To get coffee at wawa since I work up the street. Why is there no coffee?? I understand it's early but none? No vanilla regular or hazelnut. I guess it's out by 5 but maybe you should always have some? I was extremely disappointed

Whoever made my hoagie on 3/9 around 430 -5p. Found a piece of wood in one half, got stuck in-between my teeth and had to stop and get dental floss, second half had a big piece of green pepper that I didn't order, to realize the didn't put the Bacon, so keep your 2$ upcharge. Same lil fat neck beard always screws it up, smashes the sandwich when the roll it up, i like the little old ladies better during lunchtime but I'm not wasting my time or money. I've worked in restaurant/hospitality all my life, your store sucks, same for Sheetz up the street

Serviced sucked. Long lines and a cashier opened another line and took people who had just got in line before the people who had been waiting 5 minutes. Her explanation was stupid. If that wasn't enough, tge drink machine was down. I'm avoiding this WaWa in the future.

An error on my behalf. I called in to complain about an interaction at the store. After being directed to her foot assistance from another employee. I tried to get the cashier's attention several times but it seemed as though she ignored me. I was practically yelling by the seventh or eighth excuse me when she turned to notice me, seemingly annoyed.
The manager explained that to not be her general demeanor, that she wears hearing aids & likely in fact did not hear me.
The store was very busy, it's likely I misinterpreted the situation & rushing for rude. Many apologies. Thank you for taking the time to humble me politely Manager Jay

Friendly service. Pretty good quick food for a convenience store. Did pick up tonight and it worked seamlessly. They even brought it to the pump!

Under staffed??
Not sure what was going on...1 cashier,
1 person making food, 1 person in coffee area.
Never had to wait 15 minutes before to get ordered food!

Ordered pizza that was made incorrectly and had to be remade. No problem.. this can happen. But was then RUDELY told that they were out of the garlic crust when I asked when dbl checking on what they were remaking. I said that it DID let me choose it when ordering..at which point the girl raced to the back and got my order slip and shoved it at me telling me it wasn't on the order. I said, you are out of it.. so that's is the bottom line.". So about 15 minutes later was told here's my pizza and they threw it across the counter and I asked her to open it and dbl check.. then she threw it in the window pickup area and told ME to check it there.. still not opening it. WAWA HAS LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!...
