not trying to be a karen but it’s dangerous to mess with me and my food…. i typically order in the app ~30 mins prior to leaving my house in king william. majority of the time my order is late, which sucks because i go to work straight after picking up my breakfast. but today my hash brown was forgotten and i was in a rush so i didn’t check inside the bag. and i used one of my rewards to get a free one so my reward has just been pissed away. oh and if we really wanna get into it the workers probably don’t care cause kim doesn’t pay them the correct salary. get it together girlfriend i’m hungry and a little infuriated

Until their app works properly I won't be returning. Sheetz is right around the corner and their app works fine.

Today is the first time in months that I have visited a Wawa and it has been clean and has coffee. People were cleaning and service was so pleasant. Shout out to LaTisha who was so sweet and have the most beautiful smile on her face when she serviced me.

Great service and menu always. 'The best convenience store in the South!'

The employees here are awesome, but how are you always out of oatmeal by 6:30 am? This happens at least three times per week. I assume breakfast lasts until 10, so that's three and a half more hours with no oatmeal. Of course I only discover this AFTER I order and the line is held up while we try to figure out what to do. One day I overheard the manager say you aren't making more and it was still during the time period when people were still headed to work and wanting breakfast. This is never a problem at the Chamberylane Wawa.

Wawa is still the best convenience store on the planet. Yes, they're short of help but so is every other business since covid. Just compare to 7-11 or any other & you'll see what I mean.

What's not to love about Wawa??!! They have gas, snacks and made to order sandwiches! This location gets a little hectic in the morning with all the commuters grabbing breakfast on the way to work. As someone who does not eat pork I find it challenging to grab a turkey breakfast sand which on some days. They are usually the first to go! One of the coolest things about Wawa is they have free air for your tires (insert hand raising emoji here) !! This is such a blessing but be prepared to wait a bit, there is always a line!! Overall I love this place and I'm so happy to have them in the neighborhood

Honestly, if someone doesn't like interacting with people, seems to hate crowds, and can't handle a bit of a rush then they shouldn't work in a convenience store-that being said all of the employees at this Wawa should find alternatives to income. I love Wawa, they are usually my preferred pit stops, but this store presented the worst environment. Wawa overall has changed their coffee to-go style, impacted by COVID originally they removed the pour your own station all together, and now while they brought it back there are still limitations (i.e flavor shots, community creamer choices, etc). When I attempted to make my coffee, I asked an employee if she knew where I could access the flavor shots that used to be out on the counter. I was trying to clarify if they were put back in, now that they re-arranged post-COVID, or if I still needed to create my coffee from the ordering system. The lady literally yelled at me, 'what do you want? Coffee flavor just use what's there.' When I tried to calmly explain I was just wondering how to make a flavored coffee, as I couldn't find the flavors or creamers out on the counters and I didn't see the option on the custom screens. After she continued to make rude comments at me, I decided to just pump the coffee and use milk & sugar..when I went to drink the coffee it was already luke warm. Very depressing coffee pit stop experience.

This particular wawa in Mechanicsville used to be my all time favorite store. I would go in there regularly & see my favorite employees faces and talk with all like we were friends. Ever since the new manager KIM has began there, that store has been the worst environment. Now, everyone looks and seems miserable and Kim does NOT interact with customers at all. Kim is extremely rude and disrespectful as she is always throwing product into shelves and yelling at her employees very obviously in front of customers waiting on subs to be made. When I go in there and employees are slam busy Kim is hardly there to help. She is definitely the bad apple. Using profanity and disrespectful mannerisms to employees rubs off on them and customers SEE this. Other daily customers agree with me on this too. I have in fact seen one employee crying in the bathroom because of treatment from her. This store is falling apart ever since Kim has been in there. She's like the devil on your shoulder when your sitting in church on Sunday. Kim will cause this location to lose a lot of regular customers as I never thought I would be writing a 1 star review on this store simply because of her. Hopefully something will be done about her, otherwise she will cost wawa alot of lost money due to volume slowing down. Nobody wants to support a publicly awful disrespectful manager. If reprimand needs to be done, she needs to pull them in the office and not talk to these employees like DOGS. I really hope to see something done about her before contacting and posting my review on the BBB page. Thanks
