I’m always happy with my services here at this location in mechanicsville . Especially with the lady who was working today at drive through. She is very friendly and super cute .

Sierra was so amazing, although she was the only one working at the front counter, Sierra was welcoming and had a great attitude. She even made conversation while handling transactions. I had some questions about money orders and cashier checks and she help me make the right decision and I got what I needed.Thank you Sierra

This branch refuses to help you. They constantly turn people away. Even when they have ample staff, customers are told to make an appointment and come back. The bank can be EMPTY, and they still turn you away. They just don’t want to deal with people. That’s their job!

This bank never has any bankers to help you out,and even if they do have bankers there, they don't want to help you. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have gone here and to tosee several bankers sitting down in their cubicles and be told, no sorry we have no one here to help you, but I'm sitting here looking at 3 bankers.. If you need help, please go to any other Wells Fargo!

I am walked into bank at 4pm and I was asked what I wanted. I said I am a current customer with several accounts but need a savings account opened. She asked if I had an appointed I said no. There was no customers in the bank. I said I just need a savings account and I have several accounts here so it shouldn’t taken long. She said I needed to schedule an appointment. I said there is nobody here. You are turning away a current customer? She said it is best to have an appointment. I said there isn’t anyone here! I never write reviews but you would think a bank would want more accounts. I got a call and was on the phone for 30 minutes in the parking lot and not a single person walked into the bank. Obviously just lazy employees. Horrible way to treat customers.

Came here to cash a check from my job and the very rude lady (young one)asked for my id and a debit card with my name on it cause I didn’t have a account. Last time I check no banks that o have ever been to asked for that. Then was told to come inside to cash it. Like what is the difference. I canceled my debit she took and husband filed a complaint with corporate. And if it comes down to it I’ll be calling neither local PD or state police in this matter. No bank should ask for a debit or credit card to verify your ID. If this is policy for this bank well no wonder they have law suits against them. Don’t they understand about theft via debit/credit cards. Smh.

My wife called during the week to confirm that this location accepts walk-ins on Saturdays b/c many branches do not. Were were told YES, this branch does take walk-ins. We arrived on Saturday 5/22/2021 at 10:15am to set up a new checking account for our teenage son. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the bank lobby and we were the ONLY customers inside. Yes there was activity at the drive-thru, but there were 2 tellers working the drive-thru and 1 teller at the counter serving no one and one supervisor on duty THAT REFUSED TO HELP US. She stated she was understaffed and that she was busy with appointments. I looked around at several empty offices and an empty lobby. We told this supervisor that we were told walk-ins were accepted, but she said it wouldn't be possible to see us b/c she had to be present to support her tellers. When I pressed the supervisor about WHY she couldn't help us when NO customers were present, she politely said there is a lot of work behind the scenes that take place that doesn't involve customers. She wouldn't budge. Made NO EFFORT to meet with us. It's been over 24 hours since this happened and I'm still furious. We've been banking with WF since they took over Wachovia, have multiple accounts, a line of credit and credit cards. I'm looking at Credit Unions this week. If you want more details I have them.
