I have used this office for years for shipping to my family serving overseas and know the process well. Today I showed up 10 minutes before closing with a few packages prepared and customs forms filled out. The worker I went up to at the counter tried to tell me that this process would take longer than the time left until closing, which it never has, even when I’ve showed up with more packages than I had today. She then proceeded to waste the ten minutes we had till closing explaining to the supervisor what I was requesting and pointing at me from the back. Very poor service.

I recently personally Delivered my wedding invitations with two stamps each they were under 1.2 ounces each of which two forever stamps would be sufficient. And some invitations made it out to the local destination and some did not. The others that were local in the same state I live in, some made it and some didn’t. The person I spoke to, Andrea in the US Postal Service in Merrifield VA explained that they should’ve been brought into the USP office to have them looked at before sending them out. So I only received two back with insufficient postage, which was a lie. And I sent them back out with three postage stamps. I spent a lot of time with their crappy recorder Trying to get through to an agent. And they could not help me. I am very disappointed with the United States. Postal Service always have been. It’s amazing that they’re still open. I’ve had issues with them in the past. There were times when I go into the postal office and they were just so rude and mean and not serviceable like they’re supposed to be. I think we should put them out of the misery and shut it down. I’m very upset that my invitations are still out there floating around and have not made it back to me for whatever reason they’re supposed to make it back to me for.

The manager is very rude, unprofessional, and fights with the customers. I honestly don’t know how she still has her job when she continually treats the customers SO disrespectfully. It’s no surprise this place has reviews so low.

This is the worst USPS distribution Center
My package has been sitting there for the past 3 weeks and they still haven’t delivered it to me

The only post office I’ve been to where I would give it a 5+ star, for passport service. Lovely lady’s at the counter. The first hour there was one lady at the counter with 2 appointments and 3 walk ins. She handled it very well by herself.
