I was visiting Middleburg for the weekend with a few girlfriends and we were excited to visit Native Barre studios. The teacher who greeted us was warm and friendly, but the rest of the experience was disappointing. The studio is carpeted and participants are expected to wear socks, which made is challenging to complete some of the squatting poses without my feet slipping. The class itself was so different than any the barre3 classes and cardio wasn't infused (I barely sweated). Additionally, the teacher hadn't made a playlist ahead of time and was constantly distracted and on her phone searching for the next song and changing the music while a current song was playing (which also made her less available for modifications). The bathrooms also looked like they hadn't been cleaned in several days. All of this would have been somewhat permissible had the class cost half of what it did, but I paid $25 to walk in and felt that the experience did not come close to warranting the cost.

Ahhmazing!! Unlike some of the chain Barre studios Native Barres method is unmatched and great for all ages and low impact. I can't speak highly enough about it!

Positively the best work out class l have ever done. I love that after each intense muscle work out that equal time is given to stretching which feels absolutely wonderful. I look forward to my classes and am feeling so much better about myself both physically and mentally.

Why would you get up at 6:30am for a fitness class? Because Native Barre has the best instructors, music, and routine. It changed my life. After 2 years, I've reshape my body (losing 40+ lbs and countless inches) and developed a mind/body connection that helps me get thru the most difficult of days. Try it once and you'll be addicted, I guarantee it.

absolutely the best thing you can ever do! Shapes, sculpts and stretches your body in a way that you didn't know was possible, and the friends you make in class are so wonderful. The best part is, its fun! Love, love, love Native Barre!

Try Ashtanga with Laura Renkes! I did and was very surprised by the immediate changes I felt. Even after some rigorous stretching and pushing myself the very first class, I only felt better the next more flexible and stronger.....no pain. The pace of the asanas in this yoga practice is perfect supporting ease of concentration and focus during and between postures. The class time flies by and Laura is such a good teacher/coach, quite inspirational. In the weeks since I started, I am enjoying more flexibility in my everyday life even before I stretch and exercise and of course a bit more peace. Namaste

I absolutely love this studio! Loved the class and the instruction! I am someone who hates to workout but fell in love with these classes. I was lucky to enjoy classes with Bridget and she is so motivating and positive. So was the other young lady that taught one of the classes I attended. My only reason for not being there every day is that I live in Great Falls VA and it is too far from mePlease open one in Great Falls and I will live there!!! I would also love for my girls to go!!!
