This branch earned my business after meeting the branch manager, Diego! Working with him has by far been the easiest yet thorough bank interaction I’ve had in my banking history. The entire team in the Middleburg branch couldn’t be more welcoming as well. I’m honored to have joined NWFCU and completely trust my finances and investments in their hands. Exceptional Service at NorthWest Credit Union – Middleburg, VA
I had the pleasure of visiting the NorthWest Credit Union in Middleburg, VA, today for a notary service, and I was blown away by their exceptional customer care, especially considering I am not one of their clients.
From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who made both me and my dog feel incredibly welcome. They went out of their way to provide treats and water for my furry companion, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Dani Crouch assisted me with the notary service, and her professionalism and kindness stood out. Not only did she ensure the process was seamless, but the team went above and beyond by finding two witnesses for the document on my behalf. To my surprise, they did not even charge a fee for the service, which truly speaks to their dedication to community and customer service.
I cannot express how impressed I am with the entire experience. If this is how they treat non-clients, I can only imagine the level of care and support they provide to their members. NorthWest Credit Union has set a new standard for exceptional service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of financial services or a welcoming, community-oriented experience.

I've been a few times and had a great, personal experience each time. The staff are friendly, personable, make you feel very welcome, and they get the job done each time! Bringing my dog along was also a perk!

Recently had fraudulent charges on my card. After reporting it, I was told to go to a local branch to get a replacement. I happened to be in Middleburg so I went to this branch office. They were so helpful! Had a replacement bank card within 20 minutes.
