When I checked the next day I was told they would not be available for 8 days! I called my local branch and was told to come in. Matt the manager and Lauren Custer greeted me and took me into the office. Within minutes they resolved my issue and my funds were available immediately. The customer service here is second to none. “I admit that the service leaves a lot to be desired! But blame the corporate CVS. if there were enough people to answer all the phone calls, fill the RXs, give needed assistance to customers, give shots, talk to the Doctors, need I say more. Corporate persons just keep adding more responsibilities and hiring competent people is almost impossible. I've been a customer for many years and yes, I get infuriated. Instead of doing nothing except voicing disapproval CALL C V S HEADQUARTERS AND TELL THEM IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. !!! Nobody wants to work understaffed.”
