“Was on a family trip and stopped in to take a look in the store and ended up having a wine tasting that was fantastic. Julena who was working the store the day we went in was very friendly and just lovely with explaining all the wines in the tasting and helping my girlfriend find a wine she enjoyed.”

“I rarely visit ABC stores, but I was truly impressed by the service I received tonight at the Jubal Early location. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely taken care of. I had a question about a product not normally stocked here, and the cashier immediately directed me to the assistant store manager who helped me quickly and kindly.
Even as the store became very busy, she greeted every customer who walked in, showing true professionalism and care. Another woman, who I believe was the store manager, also stepped in to assist, as did the cashier near the entrance.
It was a busy Friday night, yet everyone remained friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The teamwork and kindness from the ladies working tonight were exceptional. This store sets the standard for great customer service, and I truly appreciate the experience. Thanks Sierra and staff.”

“Was passing through on a roadtrip and was looking for a specific Virginia wine and Phillip was the best! Extremely helpful and social and helped my mom and myself load our car up, we will definitely make an effort to visit this store again!”
