This is the best 7 Eleven on Hull Street. Don't even go to the other ones on Hull Street. I have tried them all only to drive extra to come back to this one.

They never have anything stocked. Seems like no one cares about anything here. You might not care about your job but the company probably cares about the service they promote

Always a positive experience at this location! The man who rang me up buying not one but two snail keychains was super kind! Customer service was wonderful! Had a great conversation with him. We need more workers like him.

I walk with a cane and have a trach. I had been out most of the day and was exhausted. I went in to get hubby a 12 pack and one of the employees followed me. He asked if he could take it to the counter and I said that would be great. He rang me up and then took it to my car and put it in the back seat. I thanked him for being so helpful. Now adays so many people do don't have time to help others. Thanks for for helping me, you made my day. I hope your boss sees this.

Too bad that Google is making me leaving some kind of star rating on this location as it doesn't even deserve the "1" star rating here.. In fact, I'd like to leave a much lower rating than that if Google allowed it.My recent trip to this location was most unpleasant which was very shocking because I frequent that location often as its en route to and from work. The staff at this location are extremely rude and I strongly feel that the manager/so called owner encourages such behavior from his staff because he was just as if not more rude toward customers. Needless to say that after my recent visit, this location will NO LONGER receive my business under any circumstances no matter how convenient it is and I have encouraged my colleagues to stay from this location at 11200 Hull Street Road. We will just have to drive a few miles out of the way to another location where I know we will receive much better customer service. I am sure the owner of this location will not care about or consider such feedback as this and that's fine as I don't expect anything to be done about it. Nonetheless, I just wanted to let it be known about the poor service and disrespectful attitudes and demeanor of the staff including the manager. 7-11 ought to be ashamed to have such rude and discourteous folks working for and representing their brand. WHAT A DISGRACE!

I visit this location on a regular basis. I even pick up orders as a DoorDash Dasher. Basically I'm a regular customer. Earlier tonight I went there to play the Queens Skills games and was there for a few hours. I purchased a Big Gulp and kept the receipt with the cup. As I was finishing playing for the night, I asked the guy behind the counter if I could have a refill. He said in a rude way that there's a charge for it. I ignored his attitude and asked how much. He quotes a price that's close to a regular purchase, to which I stated, "that's almost dang near the price of a brand new cup(jokingly)." He made another snarky comment and I said, even when I've been in here for hours spending money? I said that's bad for business. He replies, no that's bad for you. To which I replied, not bad for me, I'm ok. I get in my car but I couldn't shake the feeling/fact that he was rude and loud talking me. I re-enter the store and say to him that the way he treated me wasn't ok. He immediately yells at me to leave his store because I'm being aggressive. I ask him why, because I'm black... being that I hadn't done anything. He then says I need to get out before he pushes the button. I had no idea what that meant until another customer tells me that it means he's going to call the cops. I have never been treated like this before in my entire life. I wasn't inebriated. I'm not a derelict. I was a regular customer who always gets along with everyone there. I don't even really talk to others unless they talk to me first. I ususually wear my earbuds. I do know this: I will never be a patron of this particular location again. Wawa and Sheetz are looking good for future convenient store visits. This guy gave the franchise/corporation a bad name.
