Had to jump start my car (very corroded positive terminal) and figured I’d have them test my 4 year old battery. They could have sold me a new battery (that was my plan) but they didn’t! Good guys!

You usually can find what you need. Staff can be helpful, though you might have to wait in line. Staff will also help with some services, such as battery testing and windshield wipers installation. Packaging can use an abundance of plastic.

They might get offended if you use cash... But thats not what this is about. On multiple occasions me and my son have been in this store and treated horribly about returns or them giving us the wrong part and having to come back within days of each other. Terrible customer service and that's it!!

Well, I know there's people who may say, why write about this. Because once we got my Jeep to this Advance Auto, this guy that helped us was so helpful, and his customer service, was so good. Even though he probably didn't want to be there, the day after a holiday. I ended up needing a Battery , and just shoutouts Jay or Jeff for being real and his great customer service skills?.

I had such an amazing experience here. I needed a new battery and the employee who helped me went above and beyond. He even took extra time to clean the corrosion off of my battery clamps. I don't know if this speaks to the management of this location or just an employee with excellent customer service and work ethic, but I was so pleased and thankful for the help I received.
