I just wanna give a huge shout out to Roz at the Hull St store. Came in with my son and a completely flat tire. He helped me find a kit, pull the nail and patch the tire myself there in the store.
Went above and beyond. Can't stress enough how much I appreciated it.

UPDATE:Advance Auoparts responded "If you want to discuss this further, we recommend contacting us directly at the support center."My answer: Too late! I want my money back. You caused this issue and have passed all responsibility onto your customer instead of taking ownership for your inadequate website for customer self service, employee performance, communication to the customer and processes.I went to Advanced Auto to purchase head lamps on Oct 19, 2023. Their website to search for your parts was not working so I worked with one of their employees at the front. They provided me the incorrect bulbs!After I found that the bulbs were incorrect I returned to the store with receipt in hand. I was told that I could not return them due to the package being opened. And I was also told it was my fault and should have read the return policy. The employee pointed at a post in the middle of the registers plastered with papers taped to it.In summary, they provided me the incorrect part. They said it was my fault and it was my responsibility to read the F'n policy somewhere in a gaggle of other papers taped to a freakin post in the store.This is beyond ridiculous! Bye Bye Advanced Auto! I'm never coming back and will make a point to spread the word as mush as possible.

Probably the quickest visit I've ever had with an Advance. Had my battery tested and a new one purchased and installed within 20 minutes, all right at 5 p.m. which I imagine is their busiest time. I was prepared to have to wait much longer. Kudos to Chris who was equal parts professional and efficient.

Very helpful we pulled in and popped the hood and they were already getting the tester to check the battery. We got a new one at a fair price and they installed it quickly and correctly! Probably there less that 1/2 hour start to finish. Been going there since it opened and this is by far the best service ever. Thanks!!!

Went in to buy rear brake pads for my vehicle. Salesman upsold me on a top-of-the-line pad with a lifetime warranty. I was told if they ever needed replacing I could just bring them in and swap them out. That was back in March here we are in June and the pads need replacing. Now I'm told they can only replace defective pads. Heed my warning the store has dishonest employees. Make sure you get all the fine print details on warranties before you buy anything from this location

I had to swap out a part. It was actually some rear brakes I had bought about six months ago and didn’t have the receipt. The guy upfront was very helpful found me in the system and I ended up getting my front brakes and $1.59 in cash as well. I was in an out in under 10 minutes!
