I had a great experience with Pat, Caleb, and the team at Allen Tire. I stopped in at 430 asking for oil change, tire rotation/balance, and tire noise investigation.
They worked me in and got me out the door quickly even though I was a last minute arrival.

I needed a walk-in state inspection and Caleb and James were able to get me in within the next hour and once the car went back it took less than 30 minutes for the service. Outstanding customer service from Caleb and James and I will recommend this location to any and everyone. Great conversation goes a long way and Caleb and James provided just that!

I’ve been a client of this shop for a few years now and I’ve never been more impressed by any car shop’s honesty and professionalism than I am with these guys! Not only is it a comfortable atmosphere, but the guys always offer a fun experience any time I’m waiting for my maintenance to get finished. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I've been coming to this location for years with various cars. Today, I realized that my diaghter'S headlight was out. When I checked the time, the shop was only open 10 more minutes for the day. So I called to see if they could fit me in.
I spoke to Caleb, who told me to come in and said if it was quick he'd fit me in. And it was!!! They have outstanding costumer service and I highly recommend their shop.

The team at 10140 is exceptional in their customer-first service.
I arrived about an hour before closing on a Friday—heading into Memorial Day weekend—hoping for a last-minute state inspection. Without hesitation, they said yes. All they needed was my license plate and keys. That level of responsiveness and willingness to help, especially so close to closing time, left me beyond grateful.
They truly saved me from a stressful weekend (and start of the week) of worrying about driving around with an expired inspection. I had just replaced my tires after being rejected elsewhere, but the original shop didn’t have inspectors available late on Friday. Thankfully, this team stepped up.
Their personability, transparency, and genuine care for customers set them apart. This experience sealed it for me—I’ll be coming back here every year for my state inspection. I sincerely hope others reading this give them a chance and get to experience the same honest, ethical, and kind service I did.
They’ve earned a loyal customer for life.

This place is awesome.. They were kind polite professional and on time an explained everything an took a lot of time an fixed all my issues an did a excellent alignment on my car behind a company that did a horrible one.

Went in this morning for a simple oil change, was met with Caleb at the front desk. Dude was awesome, knows what he’s talking about here. Left a good impression on my recent visit. Everest took care of me as always too. Whole crew feels family oriented and get along well. Will continue to bring my car here for as long as i own it. I appreciate the hard work here and personable front and back staff !
