Amazing top notch customer service!
Impressive from the start! When I started my search for a storage facility affordability safety and convenience where top on my list. My initial call was friendly and proffesional, Antoinette was charming, helpful and accomodating. I specifically inquired about a spot with easy access to loading and unloading and she helped to find me a great spot. Upon my arrival she was welcoming and ready to show me a good first impression, she directed me and quickly met me at my storage area. This facilty is immaculately clean and as promised she provided a room with easy access, I was impressed. Antoinette mentioned that a moving truck would be available at no charge provided that my move in date was not already booked..... at that time it was not available therefore throwing a wrench in my plans. Since i had to change my plans i started to move small things in my vehicle, when Antoinette saw me she quickly informed me that the use of the truck had been cancelled and that i was welcome to use it...Woohoo!!
The following week after move in I had placed items that i had on sale that a buyer was coming to pick up. I did not feel comfortable meeting alone and I reached out to Antoinette, she asked me what time I would be there and she would meet me. When i arrived she was already there waiting for me and the buyers.....door open and cart ready in the event that we needed it.
Antoinette, kudos to you for your outstanding personality and amazing customer service. In general your willingness to help and be a kind person is a breath of fresh air. I wish all encounters and experiences with the public were as flawless.

I’m been here since 2/24’ the larger units have outlets.
The best price, always clean, the management and staff are friendly and knowledgeable!!! Best storage I’ve ever had ! I have been with a lot of companies that will raise the prices with hardly any notice!

A truly great blessing: I had recieved notice that my current facility was increaseing my storage place up to $233 a month i had seen amples signs as I pass by this location daily. So I decided to stop in and check prices. To my complete satisfaction they had the same size as my current location and climate controlled for less then half the cost the other location. Insurance included it was double hands down sold instantly. Thank you so much Antoinette for being open when I needed you most... Ample Self Storage Bailey Bridge you ROCK... THANK YOU

I had a great experience at this location. I called to find out if they had a unit available, Antoinette answered the phone, she is very helpful. She already had the unit door open when I showed up. I will rent a unit from this location again.

Please avoid using this “climate control” storage at all costs. My husband and I experienced mold damage to our furniture and mattresses. My husband, Mr. Gonzalez, spoke with Pam, who advised him to contact the insurance company to file a claim, assuring him they should cover the damage. She also mentioned that the vents in the unit were directed towards the door, which caused moisture buildup and mold, citing a ventilation issue. However, the insurance representative, Kayla Moseley, denied our claim, stating that the mold wasn’t caused by a leak. We stored our items for less than a year, and they became moldy. Whatever Pam told us seems to be a case of negligence on their part, and now they refuse to cover any of the costs.
Their supervisor is never “available” and can’t seem to give out her phone number or email.
