This is a review of AT&T as a cell service provider. ATT has poor service. They are slow to respond to network issues and after having much patience they still tell you to just wait. We were told a tower problem and would be fixed within a week, after the week passed and still no resolution we were told to wait another 48 hours. it is unacceptable to have such problems. They have plenty of time to repair.

Mr.Pena was delightful and pleasant to interact with. My situation was complicated and tedious to navigate. Mr Peña exceeded my expectations by being patient and making the complete experience wonderful. I will definitely stay with ATT for the future because of the great customer service.

Denise Sanchez solve the problem in 5 minutes that I had spent five hours working on. All the smart AT&T people work in this store. We've been getting service here for years. But I stopped in a store closer to my home on Jefferson Davis avenue at route 10 and got brushed off immediately by a guy who told me it was a Samsung problem. It had to do with my icons and going back to an a setting where my icons were properly grouped. Denise solved my problem in less than 5 minutes and restored my phone to where it was two days ago. Absolutely excellent service with an extremely positive attitude and what you would expect from AT&T. Thank you Denise.

I was in the Midlothian Sore this morning and the customer service was awful! My 15 year old son said, “Come on mom, let’s go he is being rude!” We went in for a new s teen protector for my son’s phone. When we upgraded to the iPhone 16 in May, we were told that if the s teen protector cracks we can get a new one for free. This is when Omar Cabrera Pena started being rude. He said they are not free. I said ok I thought I was told by the guy who sold me the phones that they were. Omar then said, “ I see here who sold them to you and he would never had said that, and he said it in a condescending tone! I then said alright, I will go home and check my paperwork and come back next week and talk to the gentleman that sold me the phones. Omar, then said again in a condescending tone, well he is in Florida! I then said you are being rude to me, I think I will need to speak with your manager. Omar then said, I am the manger! I then said ok I will go above you. My experience was horrible and as a teacher who provides the best customer service throughout the day to administrators, parents, counselors, and students, I can say I have not been treated this poorly in a long time! I will never be returning to this store and will likely switch service to TMobile or Verizon.

As a proud AT&T retiree, I've seen a lot of folks come and go over the years and I can say without hesitation that Matthew is one of the best I’ve encountered. He reminded me of the kind of service we used to pride ourselves on: honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about the customer.
Matthew handled my issue with patience, professionalism, and a personal touch that’s all too rare these days. It was clear he knew his stuff and took the time to make sure everything was done right.
It’s good to know that even after all these years, AT&T still has folks like Matthew carrying the torch.

I think I was the first customer thru the door and Matthew and 3 others greeted me with smiling faces and an eagerness to assist! What a pleasant sight on a rainy day! No wait and excellent service! This is why I stay with A T& T! Great, friendly service! Thank you to the staff at the Midlothian branch!
