Very pleasant experience! Rasheed helped me with upgrading my phone and transferring all of my information. He was very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant to work with. Even stayed well past closing!

Go see Jabril And Patrick they are amazing. They both stayed late helping me and my friend switch our services over to AT&T. Also found out that I qualified for the AT&T Internet with a nice discount of $47!!!! Can’t beat that go check them young men out!

If I could give 10 Stars I would. Today, Patrick was extremely helpful, professional, patient, and easy to talk to. I needed to get a new phone because my old SIM card stopped working. I had concerns about getting a new phone because I didn't want to lose the old text messages with my Mom. Patrick walked me through the entire process and preserved not only my text messages with my mom, but also my apps and photos, even down to my background staying the same.
I highly recommend the AT&T team in this store. They will listen to you and take care of you.

Went to the Commonwealth center Parkway (Brandermill)store today and was helped by Brionna, who was a great help a few days ago advising which phone to buy. Today she synched my phone to my car (Bluetooth), in about 3 minutes. I had spent a long time trying to do it myself!! She was GREAT and very nice/patient with me. She also gave me a very nice greeting when I came into the store--probably knowing I'd be trouble! This location is GREAT--personnel wise. Very friendly, helpful and kind. Thanks to Brionna, Nicholas and Patrick. Can't say enough about this team!
