Audio Express has a customer for life based on my experience today. After the dealership told me that I needed a new back up camera and head unit that they couldn’t even fix themselves, I came to Audio Express because of the great reviews. They took the time to explain to me the all the different options I had. They put together a great Kenwood package for me with a new back up camera at a great price. After I dropped off my van, I was super surprised to get a phone call from them saying that I didn’t need the new back up camera and they were able to use the factory camera instead! Talk about integrity and honesty!
They saved me money even after the deal was done! That is something that’s extremely hard to find in the auto industry or from retailers today. The team here is first class all the way. The install was flawless and was done super fast. Don’t go anywhere else! This is the place to go!

This company replaced all of the fabric seats that came with my ‘2002 Highlander with beautiful beige/almond colored custom leather, and installed an electric sunroof in it too. Fast forward to 2025, 23.5 years later, both the leather seats and sunroof have held up beautifully with no issues. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this business.

Purchased a remote start for my 2012 Honda. Called many places and found the best price here. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me good instructions and showed me how it works. I like that I can use my own key and not just the fob that comes with it. I highly recommend!

Here’s a different kind of review. I have a new car without, (of course), a CD player. Went to a big box store where they showed me an insert player. Didn’t buy. Went to Audio Express all set to spend money. The guy spent some time with me explaining how I could convert to flash drive with WAVE and NOT HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING! Even gave me good hints about how to organize my music in the drives. Couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. When I DO need audio held, Audio Express will be my go-to.

only reason I give it a one is because you can't give it a zero. I was lied to about the price - it went up $75.00 after I drove an hour. IMO u should go elsewhere!

Great service and a great price! Needed my cruise control, fog lamps and headlights looked at. Fixed all items and very reasonable cost. Strongly suggest them for your vehicle.

Rarely get out of work in time to even go to store to shop . Pulled in at 5:30 walked in wasn’t even greeted at all .not even I’ll be with you in a minute . Felt like I was a nuisance , Only one other person there . Wanted to get a sick system for my new truck . So I left no effort to even stop me and went to car toys . Greeted with open arms . Decided on a $5000 system scheduled service . Too bad I really wanted focal speakers but not to be treated like this . Makes me wonder how much money they lose with that service . I heard they have a good installer too . It’s a shame .it’s an honest review and I’ve used every shop in town for various vehicles over the years sorry you don’t like the review . I spoke to your employee not the other way around . Yes when I walk into a shop I do expect a hey be with you in a minute not ignored . Sorry facts . We don’t have a history I’m holding onto too maybe you do . This review is only for this shop at alverser drive .

Highly recommend this store. Answered my myriad of car audio questions with great patience, and knowledge. They really took the time to help me formulate a plan to improve my car's stereo. I was not working with a huge budget, but they were able to steer me to upgrades that gave me the biggest bang for my buck. Their installation was done completely professionally and super clean. They worked with me before during and after install to make sure all the work was done to my liking and make sure I was fully satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the look and sound of my upgrade. Audio Express is now my go to store for all things car audio. Thanks for the impeccable customer service and killer sounding tunes.
