Came in to get battery checked and immediately was brushed off and told I’d need a new battery without any real details, testing or voltage numbers. When I asked for details was told my battery and alternator were “going bad.” Couldn’t give me any info to how they came to those conclusions. Save yourself headache and bad sales reps and go to O’ Reilly’s down the road. They did a thorough check with a scan and alternator test. And guess what - both tests passed with no issues and battery and alternator was in perfect condition. Been driving for days now fully charged and no issues. Autozone should be ashamed of themselves. Sad thing is I think the guy was a manager smh. What happened to honest help and reputation?

It's AutoZone, you know they sell decent car parts. The best part of this store

Employee's would rather hang out in the back instead running registers. Still and waited for someone and got passed by 4 different employees not bothering to tell any of the cashiers until a customer pointed out they had a line. go down the road to advanced it's a much better place anyway

I can honestly say Mr Michael and Mr Tony saved my butt! They were both nice, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable! This is the only AutoZone I will go to and I am grateful that it is right around the corner from my house. 😂 Thank you gentleman for taking the time to help a damsel and distress.

I was there yesterday and the young lady there helped me with my broken driver's side windshield wiper. She came out and within a minute she had it fixed saving me from having to buy another set. She was kind, courteous, and professional and knew exactly what she was doing. She delivered excellent customer service and Auto Zone is very luck to have her!

Avoid any stores with Trent as District Manager. This is one of his stores.
He doesn’t support the stores which means if you ever have a problem like for example someone at this location installing a battery backwards & complete frying your car. Getting your car back in working order will be very difficult & time consuming.

Prices are fair, and they have almost everything I've needed on hand. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well organized.
