My experience was ok. It was a very quiet atmosphere not a lot of loud talking and gossiping. Nyah was my stylist she was a very pleasant young lady. She did a good job on my loc-retwist, but as far as styling she could use some work in that area.

Wonderful experience for my first appointment with Anita yesterday The salon is welcoming and peaceful. During our initial consultation a few weeks prior, she told me what styles would work best for my texture, and she was right. I love my natural coils. Anita also educates on the dos and don'ts and how to care for my hair. I have found my new hair home.

I have been going to B.A.D. Braids And Dreds for over a year and have been consistently pleased with my service. Jayla is my main stylist, however, if she is unavailable, or I am getting color, I am quite comfortable with the other stylists, like Nyah.
Not only do they do a wonderful job with my hair, I love the experience. As someone who grew up getting their hair done in salons, I love the cameraderie and conversations with Miss Anita and all of the clients. We have serious conversations and sometimes we cut up, which, for me, is a bonus.
I highly recommend B.A.D. Braids And Dreds.

I had an amazing experience here! The environment felt like home and Ms. Anita is incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time assessing my hair as well as explaining what I needed to do for my hair to flourish. You can tell that she not only loves what she does, but is also a master at what she does. I am beyond happy that I decided to start my microloc journey with her. Thanks Ms. Anita!

I had a horrible experience! I went to get loc attachments, oil treatment , and retwist . After being in Anita chair from 9-3pm I looked in the mirror at what I thought was a good job . Once I got out to real quality light and went thru my hair I noticed how bad the service was . I called back to discuss how we could fix it only she got very defensive ! After 2 phone calls we decided for me to come back in so she could take a look at it . Before I could even make it there she told me she knew she couldn’t satisfy me and issued me a refund . This situation left me distraught ! I cried the whole day behind this ! I looked forward to coming out with a new start only to be left with a waste of time and horrible locs

I love my locs. Just started my journey and they have been fantastic. Very pleased with them and I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know looking for natural hair care. They’re very knowledgeable. They are the best natural hair salon I’ve been to so far and I’ve been to several different stylists over the course of my natural hair care journey. I highly recommend them if for all their natural hair and locs needs.

This was my first time in this salon. I have a friend that told me to try B.A.D Braids and Dreds and the experience was so good. The way that they handled my locs was great and I will be back. I have already scheduled my next appointment. Thank you all for the great customer service!!

First time going and even though I got just a scalp massage I think it’s one of the best natural hair salons I’ve been to in a long time. My scalp feels like it can breathe now . Also got a lot of advice from the hairstylist learning about new things, also enjoy that they use 100% natural products that they’ve done lots of research and put care into! very relaxing and open salon made feel at home!
