Terrible customer service. No greeting on entering the store. Once we got to the check out. Everyone acted like they couldn’t do there job. Nobody wanted to use the register. Manager was unprofessional as well!

I love all products from Bath & Body Works so much! Their seasonal products is amazing. I’m a huge fan of the soaps and candles. What’s also a plus is the hand sanitizer & perfumes! Definitely decent prices!

Dec 23 2024- Updating your business hours is crucial to customer service. From the looks of it, many including myself drive to the store only to be greeted by a handwritten sign saying they have to close early daily due to maintenance of issues. There's maintenance issues only after 4pm? Looks like it's been this way for days. Update your hours online or with corporate so that we all aren't sent here wasting time and energy.

If you don't need any assistance, shop here. The last 3x I was here, all the employees "greeting" at the door had their noses in their phones. Long lines as a result since only one cashier works. Even ordering online for in store pick up is a long wait.

The cashier was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. I had a basket full of items to purchase, noticed one was damaged, and when I went to quickly swap it, rather than starting to ring up my items, she took the next customer in line. I then had to wait for her to ring up that customer. She gave me huge attitude while I waited, clearly frustrated that she gave away my spot in line. Then, she was sassy when I asked to confirm which coupon she scanned (when she gave my phone back, it was different than the one displayed when I handed it to her.) I asked which one had scanned, and she just said, whichever one you gave me, voice dripping with attitude. Didn’t even bother to look at the computer. Finally, while waiting for my card to be processed, she was talking to someone else and told me (with attitude again) my card was done. It wasn’t. I explained it hadn’t beeped yet. Then took my card when it beeped. Every moment of my interaction was made uncomfortable by her surly, unhelpful attitude. I have been a BBW customer for years and may not return to this store. I’d rather drive to Short Pump than deal with that awful woman again.

Customer service was so abysmal on two separate occasions at this location that I ended up not purchasing additional products I intended to buy, and unsubscribed from emails and texts. I was excited to re-discover Bath & Body Works for myself and take my daughter shopping there, but after my visits this week I can't imagine going back.

I came in yesterday morning and there was a Sweet older lady named Lynn who was the only one ringing up people. Meanwhile 3 younger employees standing to the side of her talking about some Nickelodeon documentary show. And I was the 3rd person standing in line. Yall need to do better with Customer service because its supposed to come first. Check out the people first then go back to your conversation. This just showed me again why I drive all the way to Bath and Body in Chesterfield town center. I would've left my items but I was having a party at my house and needed hand soap refills!!

Bath & body works products speak for themselves however the service in this door was amazing. The young lady helped me find the candles that would best suit me and had a fantastic attitude.

I love the location!! Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes the ladies that work there only talk with each other, Sometimes they interact with customers. Overall I love going to this location rather than the mall
