Bath & body works products speak for themselves however the service in this door was amazing. The young lady helped me find the candles that would best suit me and had a fantastic attitude.

I love the location!! Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes the ladies that work there only talk with each other, Sometimes they interact with customers. Overall I love going to this location rather than the mall

We stopped in to shop for late season Christmas gifts. The store was fully staffed with persons waiting at the front of the store to greet us. We shopped hassle free and got assistance when we needed it. Christmas fragrances were on sale at the time and we got good value.

Been to this location a couple of times and the staff has been rude each time. No hello, do you need help, nothing. Then my mother just told me the same thing happened to her so she walked out. Maybe y’all should hire friendly staff. I’ll stick w B&BW at Chesterfield Town.

The cashier didn’t know how to rig me up with a visa gift card. I feel as if the ball was dropped in training employees or the cashier was ignorant. Luckily I had another payment method but this could result in lost income for the company

This location is a great option when you don't feel up to going inside the mall. They were out of several scents which was disappointing but it was only 2 days before Christmas so I understood.

Staff was not customer friendly from needing help to cashier. Never visited this one at Commonwealth 20 but everyone was just leaning against the wall socializing and assisting customers. Cashier hasled me about my birthday coupon. I really just want to take the drive to return all of it as I think about the service and encounter.

My friend and I came in 12/1 to commonwealth 20 store for their $10 candle sale. I was wearing a Jesus Loves You sweatshirt and was pushed by a worker several times and my friend was shoulder checked. I accidentally knocked over a candle and the woman shewed me away and firmly told me to go away when I just apologizing. I come here frequently and never have issues, this time I was so uncomfortable we left the store.

Just went in for some chapstick, received a little assistance from sales associate, I have to remember that this generation is not like my generation because I cracked a sarcastic joke, what did smooth things over with her she's really lovely. And for it being quite busy everyone was smiling.

Every single time I’ve come to this location they never have any staff on the floor helping. Today I walked around for 20 mins needing help and the only person that was in the front was the cashier which is disappointing. When I asked if it’s normal practice to not have someone on the floor helping I am told yes if there is a shipment and only one other person. Yet you can hear 2 employees loudly talking in the back. This location needs to do better or they are going to continue losing loyal customers.

Came across one employee (a shorter lady with glasses) who was extremely rude. I come to this location often and this one employee has made me not want to return back. Which is unfortunate because I usually have a pleasant experience (when the staff actually acknowledges me). I would highly recommend the company train their staff to be friendlier or they will continue to lose loyal customers.
