This Truist Bank gets a GOLD Star for having the slowest drive up bank in the state of Virginia! Every day no matter what time or if you are the only customer they take forever to handle a simple deposit or withdrawal.Please Truist figure out what the issue is and deal with the problem!!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but my experience with this bank, and particularly this branch, has been unbelievably bad. Just to get my SO added to my bank account, we had to visit this bank and leave and come back, 4 times, due to lack of information provided from the staff at this branch. They’d tell us about a piece of documentation needed to add her to my account, we’d go home, get it, come back, and only then would they inform us of ANOTHER document needed to add her to the account.. This happened 3 times. After literally DAYS of frustration, when we finally successfully added her to my account, we ordered her a debit card, which we never received. A month later, the branch is rude with me on the phone, and instead of attempting to help, they transfer me to the Truist call center.. I’ve had my account since 2010, when it was still BBT… These people do not care at all about how bad their customer service is. I do not want to have to change banks, redirect my direct deposit, auto payments, etc. but it’s looking like I’m definitely going to have to. Truist has its issues as a corporation, but this particular branch delivers the most unhelpful, frustrating experience imaginable to its account holders/customers.

I was treated terrible by Tonisha Jackson branch manager.Waited 1 hr for her to attend to my ach. She then advised me to go to another location because her appointment that was 30 min late arrived. ??? TERRIBLE MANAGERIAL SKILLS . 0 RATE FOR TANISHA JACKSON

Longest wait times I've ever had to deal with at a bank. I have currently been sitting here for 20 minutes and still no movement forward. I don't understand why this bank is so slow every single day.
