Twice have driven over 30 miles to get there 1 way, & have been sold a item that still is not compatable w/our TV & soundbar! 2 different salespeople.

Nobody knows what they are doing or about the product they are selling.. No staff, no experience, I had to go back twice because of incompetence, and incomplete parts on my purchase.. Return then told I have to wait 2 to 5 days to get my money back on my Apple Card .. I will never go back .. I’ll take my chances buying on line .. That new route will put Best Buy out of business..

I was looking for a particular game and couldn't find it anywhere. It showed online that Best Buy had it in-store. When we arrived they didn't have it. We were disappointed but the staff was nice.

SERVICE SUCKS! This store does not even answer a call. I have purchased an extended Geek Squad support plan. I scheduled an at home support call for my home theater and for the second time the appointment confirmation showed a "drop off" appointment. When I tried to contact the store they put me on hold for thirty minutes until it rang for someone to answer. Instead they hung up. This has happened five times in a row. BEST BUY SERVICE SUCKS!

Purchased TV and soundbar for Christmas gifts. Soundbar remote was not working , contacted manufacturer to ask about a replacement. After much back and forth they do not have a remote for this JBL2.1 Soundbar. I went back to Best Buy Brandermill, Midlothian ,VA where I purchased it and was told by the manager there was nothing he could do for me. The cut off for returns was Jan. 16 and I was 2 days late for him to help me. No return, no exchange, no offer to help me figure out if Best Buy had a compatible remote, nothing , no help at all. I had my receipt by the way. I will ship Amazon for electronics in the future where they do give consideration to customers. Pretty disappointed as I am a return customer at this location and would prefer to support businesses in my area especially during this time that businesses are struggling.

I went to Best Buy because an ethernet cord became stuck in my computer port and I do not have the necessary strength to remove it. I had to tell the associate how to get it out and what type of tool to use. The tech support (field techs and otherwise) is subpar at best. I can't imagine paying for the privledge.

Spent $20 on the cheapest phone charger they had, and when I asked for assistance they didn't even bother putting away the phone/getting up to look, just told me I might find a cheaper one in the back. Spent 30 minutes saving $10 and still feel like i would've gotten better service at a Walmart.

Went for help with an online order/best buy credit card issue. They told me to call best buy and I already did (who told me to go to the store). Then told me to call Citi so I did and once again said I need to go to the store. Well I went to another best buy and they helped me. The people here were way too quick to say, "no we can't do that."

I used to love them. Hard to find help. Picking up items if you go inside are always understaffed, while others congragrate hoping someone doesn't ask them a question. The manager needs to drive accountability. When he is around its a whole different atmosphere.
