Love having this here! Hasn't been that crowded. They have a military discount for membership. The app is user-friendly and has coupons for many purchases that you need to clip before scanning your membership barcode at the checkout.

While the price savings makes it worth my while most trips, being treated like a thief is not something I enjoy. You get checked out by an employee at the register and then have to pass by the BJs Gestapo before leaving. If you’re one item over the number on your receipt (provided by one of their employees), you get to do the walk of shame to go BACK to the register to pay for items THEY MISSED at check out! It’s embarrassing to say the least & waiting in line a second time stinks! I know people steal, but we don’t all steal… If you go, count your items BEFORE you pay and leave the register! If not? The “walk of shame” will be your lonely road.

The tv's, music and the forktruck are so loud they make my head hurt. Not pleasant to shop in this atmosphere. No wonder I hardly see anyone here. Only plus is your aisles are labeled. I wanted a fresh fruit tray but they didn't look good, watery and not much in each section. I'll look elsewhere or make my own. I really want to like this place because it's a convenient location but I've always been dissapointed.

Love BJs! Great selection, less crowded than other warehouse stores. Better value on some items than competitors. Ready to eat selection is tasty and their store brand is consistently good quality.

Quick shopping trip to BJs Wholesale to pick up a few staple items for the week.We were greeted upon entry and walked to the back of the store to the produce area.Produce selection was vast but the tomatoes on this particular day were hard to find due to most being bruised, damaged or moldy.Great selection of meats, cheeses and deli items.We found what we needed and were through self check out in under 15 minutes.As always our receipt was checked against items in the cart prior to exiting.Staff were friendly and courteous when we had interactions.

Went here a few days ago. Stood in the Deli for nearly 30 minutes because one of the employees took 15 minutes to clean the meat slicing matching and then went on an early lunch break as customers were waiting to be served. Customer service that day was horrible.

Bad experience today. In the past days I received a note for 50c gas rebate if you spent $ 150.00. Yesterday I went to the store and I spent $ 278.61 so i thought i was entitled to the gas discount. I went there, today for the gas and I was helped by a very nice young lady who called customers care to see how it worked, even she thought it was valid. I was told to get my gas and go inside the store to get the discount . Before I was done, she came back and told me that she was called back and the promotion seemed to be expired. She suggested to talk to a manager on duty. So did I. The manager, was not very helpful. He said , I had to make the purchase before July 4th and could get gas by tomorrow. I ask myself what kind of advertising is this. You send out a note written in red and very big for a discount and then very small, you put incredibles terms like these. I must confess that I was very disappointed and there was no need of me spending $ 278.61 yesterday and make a trip of 20 miles today.

I really like this place. I consistently get flawlessly friendly service. They bend over backwards to find things for you, and I love that they take coupons. It's part of my weekly grocery rotation.

A million Thank Yous to Kevin in the tire center? Also, thank you to Jorge (came by to check on Kevin) that me some good auto suggestions ??!Today I rolled over something in my Honda Accord and went to BJs to get air in my tire and fuel up. I could hear the air flying out the tire as it was being filled so my daughter decided to call Tire Center 12 minutes before they closed to ask if someone could assist. I was so grateful for Kevin that answered the phone and said to bring it by to take a look at it. Good thing he did because I had two holes on the inner wall of my tire that wouldn't have held air for me to make it back home. Even though he wasn't able to replace my tire (not in stock) he stayed over his shift to put on my spare tire for me. This type of over and beyond customer service from both Kevin and Jorge was amazing and I had to recognize them for helping me today??.

Hooray for free sample Saturdays- they are back and better than ever. First time checking out this location and I was impressed with how friendly the employees were. As this is a newer location the aisles are spacious, they layout is functional and the store is sparkling clean!

The first impression is a lasting impression. Ok, so I signed up for my membership online a few evenings ago. And decided today I would go to the store to pick up my actual membership card. Well the door greeter was friendly. Went to member services the cashier I had wasn't that friendly maybe she didn't want to be there. Just my opinion. So I told her what I was trying to do. I stayed that my address was incorrect on my drivers license and gave her my current address. She then hands me my ID and membership cards and I was on my way. Luckily as I was walking to my car I looked at the cards. This idiot yeah I said it had given me the wrong cards. I'm like are you serious. So I turned back around went back in the store. Walked back up to her I forgot what her simple self said something to the effect are you getting a new membership or are you signing up. Whatever it was it was stupid because did she not hear anything I said when I first walked in. So how many other customers are walking around with the WRONG cards? If she doesn't want to do her job let someone else have it. Or she she be more like her coworker who was very pleasant and professional to the customer she was helping. Not everyone needs to work with the public. Those people need to be in the back definitely not at member services or a cashier. Hopefully, the next time I go back I'll have a better experience. If not then I won't be renewing my membership for the next year.

Clean store, friendly service! Smaller and less hectic than other clubs. No hot cafe food, but I loved how easy it was to navigate the store. Everything is labeled! Easy in and out.

The ladies at the membership counter were great but the lady helping me checkout was AWFUL!!!! Went in for my first visit last night as a new member. While checking out this lady was just rude the entire time and I said twice this is my first visit. I was using self checkout and she was supervising those lanes. The absolute worst part of my visit and if that is the type of customer service I. An expect I will definitely not renew my membership and will just stick to Sam’s Club. I do not recommend BJs on Midlothian.
