I’ve been to several pet stores, but none compare to Brandon’s Exotic Pets. The selection of animals is outstanding, and the staff really knows their stuff. I recently purchased a chameleon from them, and it’s clear that the animal was well-cared for before coming home with me. Excellent service and top-quality pets – I’ll definitely be back!

I just visited Brandon's Exotic Pets and was quite happy with the experience. The store features an astounding range of creatures, including reptiles, birds, and small mammals, all of which appear healthy and well-cared for. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and even gave me a little lecture on how to care for my new gecko. Their enthusiasm for their work is palpable, and it added to the overall enjoyment of the experience. I definitely suggest Brandon's to anybody who like unusual pets!

Brandon’s Exotic Pets is a gem for anyone interested in exotic animals. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, which made my experience of purchasing a pet so much more enjoyable. They guided me through the process of selecting and caring for my new parrot, ensuring I felt confident in bringing it home. The store itself is clean and well-organized, with a fantastic selection of healthy animals. I’ve been to many pet stores, but none compare to the quality and service at Brandon’s. I recently visited Brandon's Exotic Pets and was absolutely thrilled with the experience. The selection of exotic animals is incredible, and you can tell that Brandon truly cares about each one. I recently purchased a flock of ducks from Brandon's Exotic Pets, and I'm so glad I did! The ducks were all in excellent health and arrived safely. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and providing great care advice. I've had the ducks for a few weeks now, and they've been a delightful addition to my backyard. They're so entertaining to watch and have brought so much joy to our family. I was looking to buy an exotic bird and stumbled upon Brandons Exotic Pets. After some discussion, they sold me this beautiful Calico Macaw. I am so very happy as I've been wanting one of these guys in awhile. Named her Pretty. They were extremely helpful in letting me know how to take care of the pet and to contact them should I have any trouble. They even referred me to their vet that handles rare and exotic animals. Thanks again!!

I had placed a delivery order awhile ago and lost 70$ from not getting my order that was promised. Not going to be a return customer. Does NOT DO REFUNDS. BE WARNED. I ordered a bird cage and white finch.

I have many pets from Brandon’s Exotics. Yesterday, one of my cockatiels died as a result of an accident the day before. I was heartbroken and let Brandon know, because he remembers all the animals I’ve gotten from him. He had a couple baby cockatiels that are just weaned from the same parents as my departed love. I was able to mend a broken heart with one of his baby brothers. Brandon and his team never fail to give me a great experience even if I just come to play with the animals. He’s always done honest deals and trades for me.

Horrible conditions and sick animals. animals in the back room and in cages with absolutely no toys just bear cages. There was about 40 birds and they did not even have enough perches. They were all over on the floor literally what looked like a towel for pouch for the sugar gliders which is super dangerous for them. This person will take any animal and farm them out to people as breeders. He does not breed quality animals. He breeds peoples pets who give them away as well as rescues, and he knows nothing about their health or temperament yet he breeds them and sells them to the public that he offers no guarantees on health. Just Google all of the pictures and you will see several horrible pictures that people have captured when the doors to those back rooms happen to be open. Of course they look clean in the actual storefront, but behind the scenes is a very different story.

I recommend Brandon’s Exotics. My family and I had a wonderful experience picking out our little birdie. Brandon and staff were incredibly patient with my family. I lost count of the hours we spent holding the birds and learning about care/ handling. Our sweet bird is very friendly, loves attention and being held.
