PAYTON!!! This lady is spectacular! I watched her work ,handling customers with pure care. Then she went above and beyond helping me . Older guy with issues. Made sure all was correct, complete. Then making sure i was ok in the heat. WOW what a employee. I can tell you this BRING YOUR CAR HERE YOUR IN GREAT HANDS.

We had to get our bumper repaired after a recent accident. The staff was very professional and we were informed of the entire repair process. Would certainly use them again if we ever need to!

Caliber Collision has exceptional customer service! Caliber Collision gave me constant updates on the repairs to my vehicle as well as sent me pictures. They repaired my vehicle in a very timely manner.

This place broke my vehicle. I had minor number damage. They removed my engine and broke it. The broke my steering components. Mind my car was in perfect condition before besides a scraped bumper. Why they removed my engine and messed with the computer components for my steering. They continued to add damage that was not there!!! I beg you don’t choose Caliber it will have mechanical problems for body damage. Go to Maaco!

Beware of the Caliber on Grove in Midlothian. We took our car there for bumper damage and we are so sorry. We received another estimate so we are confident in the exact damage and our insurance company wanted us to use Caliber so we took it there thinking how can you mess up a bumper replacement but the service we have received from Jeff and crew at Caliber is inexcusable from a so called professional business. Our car has been there for over a month for a bumper replacement. First they came the replacement bumper came in damaged but judging y their incompetence in dealing with this they probably ordered the wrong bumper or did order one at all. After receiving notification on the Caliper service app that our car would be ready Monday at 4 we arrive to pick up the car and we were told that the car is not ready and why are you here. After being nice and that got us nowhere we had to get stern and stood that arguing with a receptionist who probably does not know what color the sky is and is to lazy to call us and update us on the status of the repair and to let us know the repair has taken longer. The manager Jeff hide in his office hearing that their is an upset customer because he also lacks customer service skills. Come to find out they have the engine out of our car for a bumper replacement. They claim the engine cradle was damaged. I doubt it from a 4 mph collision on the side of the car and not a head on hit. Also just had the cradle replaced by Acura a couple of months ago for a recall. No doubt this is insurance fraud committed by Caliper. Also they do not have a qualified mechanic to reinstall the engine but rather bring in a mechanic to do it and they never one informed us of any of this . Very dishonest business and the employees are unprofessional. I would stay away. We have gone to Caliper corporate, the BBB and will use local TV investigators to expose this dishonest business.

Best experience I have ever had with a shop. Wendy kept me informed through the whole process. The car was fixed right on time and was cleaned inside and out. Highly recommend Caliber Collision on Grove Road!
