Very well run shop. Efficient and high quality work. I’m always leery of leaving my car at a body shop, fearing delays and being less than satisfied with the work performed but had none of that at Caliber in Midlothian!Great work! Thank you.

They keep you up to date with what is going on and answer any questions you may have. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a body shop.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision for car repairs! Customer service and communication was courteous, personal and efficient. My car was ready several days sooner than expected, and the final cost was slightly less than their estimate. The repairs were perfect m, and they even cleaned my car! A+++

Well, a couple of years ago, I had a frustrating experience with a repair. I got hit in my driver’s side door, by a car that had spun out of control and hit me.Of course, I just thought they’d “slap a new door on there”, and let me move on……..That ain’t quite how it works.I was originally told I should have my truck back possibly in a month. Of course, the damage didn’t look that bad to me, but that’s because I’m not in the auto body repair business……..Long story short, after getting the initial repair estimate, they had to submit that to my insurance company for approval to start repairs. After removing what was known to be damaged, you guessed it; there was additional damage that they could never have seen without getting damaged parts off. Then came a supplemental estimate which was sent to my insurance company for the additional damage.Out of frustration, I asked the estimator what the problem was, and I got an explanation similar to the above. So basically, auto body repair is like peeling an onion. You have to remove parts basically in layers, and each time you find more damaged parts, another estimate has to be approved, until you finally get to undamaged parts.I never got my truck back, because the damage must have exceeded the limit my insurance company would consider.I was disappointed about the loss of the truck, but appreciated that Caliber heard my frustration, and tried to explain the process to me, so I’d understand. On top of all that, whether anyone believes it or not, there are still supply chain issues with parts, and it’s not just in the automotive industry. Thanks Caliber! You all have done right by me, and fortunately or unfortunately, more than once.

II had a horrible experience at this business. From the time I called to ensure my vehicle was at the correct location until completion of repairs, it was awful. The staff was rude and unprofessional, the communication was severely lacking, and to top it off my windshield wipers were not reinstalled correctly, which could have cause another accident or worse. Fortunately, my husband is intelligent and was able to fix them so so did not have to return to Caliber. I absolutely do not recommend this location. I chose this location due to it being a phenomenal experience 2 years ago, unfortunately that is not the case at allanymore.Services: Painting

Horrible customer service. Went in for an estimate related to an insurance claim and was coldly greeted the receptionist who proceeded to offer excused, not solutions. It was everyone else’s problem but hers, there was nothing to be done, no one to call, and so on. The burden was on me to ask repeatedly what I could do.I totally get that there are problems in communication and process when working with an insurance company. I also went in expecting something to not go well given that it involved an insurance claim. But, a company employee not being aware of the process ,or kind in directing where to get help, and not offering their help is not customer service in my book. Not where I want to give my business! Can’t recommend given the experience here.

I called in and got Ms. Diane on the phone. Her customer service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. You can’t talk to customers in kind of way when they are calling to get information on a vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable.

Car looks fine, communication on timing was great, they were friendly but I was disappointed in the method used to repair my car. They did not replace my quarter panel or bumper and that should have been communicated with me before they proceeded.Services: Painting

Had an issue with my tailgate, which they repaired prior. I took it in, they assessed it, ordered the part and installed it a week later. Outstanding customer service.

The staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door! The estimator took the time to talk me through the repair process and eagerly answered any questions I had! The repairs made the car look brand new. Highly recommend for any body repairs!!Service: Body & Trim
