Went to open CD told have to open checking account, ok. Now open CD gave me paperwork, account number and said will clear 3-5 days. Went on line saw it, then about 6 days later gone. Rep said we screwed, CD gone need to redo at new lower rate! Nope, calling 12 on Your side!!! Received same message from Manager. I called back to get verification on closing account out, Manager was busy of course; they took my information, Amanda David manager did not call back!!! Asked for regional vice president name and numbet. Was given name but said can't give phone number. Looked his name up and he's the marketing director, really!!Horrible customer service at this branch!!! wish I could give it a negative star.goggle chase and check Phoenix customers and see what they have for done to two other customers.

I went in on Black Friday morning to open a business checking account not knowing what to expect based on some of the prior reviews and I was very pleasantly surprised to be greeted by an extremely kind and courteous staff. After a short wait, I met with Chris who was extremely professional and personable. Within a little over an hour, Chris answered all my questions and got me set up with new business checking and savings accounts, debit card, and credit card. It was one of the easiest and most productive banking visits that I’ve ever had! I am looking forward to continuing to do business them!

Horrible customer service, better yet, no customer service. I'm even a private client but still had to wait over 45 minutes only to end up giving up and leaving.

Beyond stupid... Imagine being told I can't withdraw a certain amount of my own money from the ATM for a business expense... Feel like a child asking permission to use my own cash. Can't wait to switch banks and be done with this complete ignorance...

Hooray...No more ATM fees?!Not sure...Drive- thru ATM was out of paper for your transaction receipt!Good way to start your first few weeks of being open!
