Thank you to the teachers and staff at Childtime for ensuring the best care for our toddler. We are continuously impressed by all that they do. They have recently been extremely helpful on our potty training journey. This school was recommended to us by countless neighbors and we have been so pleased by their care!

Our family has been sending our toddler to Childtime on Sailboat Drive for a little over a year now. We have nothing but the absolute best things to say about this school. The director, Christine, is top notch. All of the teachers we’ve had at the school (Ms. Carrington, Liv, Ms. Erica, and Ms. Lexi) have been wonderful helping our daughter acclimate to a new environment and also educate her in such a fun and playful way. We have been impressed with the entire staff who make it a point to say hi and address her by name, even if she isn’t in their class! They have endless fun projects they do in school and it is very apparent that the directors and teachers genuinely care about our child and her classmates. It is such a joy to watch her come home and share experiences with her new friends and teachers. Thank you, THANK YOU to everyone at Childtime for making our transition from stay-at-home care to a new school the absolute best!

We’ve had a so so experience at Childtime. It’s hard to catch the director to discuss issues or talk. We gave it 4 stars because of Mr.Blake he is great, always a friendly face at drop offs and pick ups! Our kids come home raving about him (he’s not even their teacher). Overall a good daycare considering the options around but I wish the communication was better.

Not a good fit if your toddler is shy. Motherly instinct is missing here. Kids understand love and warmth. Toddler do cry when they are new but if they feel fear of going inside any new building or try to hide when they see someone similar to child time employees, that is a whole different story.I was just standing near the fence where little older kids were playing and a five year old girl came to me and asked me, "why do kids have to go to school?". That touched a lot to me, that it was not just a new shy toddler, it is a five year old vibrant girl who is not enjoying there either.

Bad experience here, gave my daughter dairy when we made it clear she couldn't have it and they also stole my daughters coats, 2 of them! They won't respond my emails or anything. They took both of her very nice coats for literally no reason and I asked for it back multiple times. Pathetic. ?

Being the stubborn person that I am we were very late to the game in finding daycare for our infant (now 19 month old daughter). I feel truly blessed to have found Childtime Midlothian on Sailboat. The facilities are immaculately clean, the building appears to be recently remodeled. Their director Christine immediately won me over with her professional demeanor and obvious enthusiasm for early childhood care. Having to put my infant daughter in daycare while the world was shutting down due to covid was a hard decision but not once have I felt uncomfortable with their safety, health, and cleaning practices throughout this difficult time. My daughter loves all of her teachers and happily runs to the door every morning. They also don’t just throw kids in a room. They have structured activities each day that allow children to learn and develop. I’m amazed at the things my daughter has learned since being at Childtime. I’m so grateful to have a place where I know my child is safe, happy, learning, and having fun while her dad and I work.

I came to Childtime Sailboat from another Childtime and the service was amazing. Christine and her team welcomed us with open arms. They took care of my child, sent updates throughout the day and were very attentive and friendly during drop off and pick up. Thank you so much for a great experience. Would highly recommend for childcare needs in the Midlothian area.
