Sales through delivery were done with professionalism and customer focus. We had concrete floor imperfections that required more effort than planned. Concreate kept working (grinding and polishing) the floor until it was a beautiful concrete surface. Highly recommend their service.Service: Flooring

This is an update to the previous review of my basement floor project.Initially we were happy with the results, but soon after lines started to appear on almost the entire finished surface. A gentleman from the Operations team who came out to inspect the floor said the lines are the result of how the stain was applied. The Sales team however, says it’s the concrete and offered to try and fix it if we pay extra.After having already paid over $10,000, we unfortunately have to accept that this is what we get and move on.Service: Flooring

Kyle head of their sales team did a great job of explaining the process to our building team, architect and homeowner at different times. The were responsive when we called. They made us aware of how far out they were so we could make sure our timing was on point. Their finishers were easy to work with and we got the result we were expecting to see.Service: Flooring

Concreate did a fantastic job repairing our delaminating concrete driveway! It looks better now than it did when it was brand new. The staff were always on time, left the job site clean, and were very professional. Highly recommend!

We had a flood in our family room that left stains that looked very unattractive. Concreate came out and made suggestions for a treatment that turned out making the floor look like a million dollars. We ended up being glad that the floor had flooded because we loved the dynamite solution Concreate came up with. The workers were conscientious and completed the job within a reasonable time frame.
