Everyone was efficient, and did a great job. Only thing I can say negative is the communication aspect was not the best. I never got a call to let me know my tablet was ready to be picked up, but I assumed after a week of them having it, it was good, so I just walked in to get it and it looked perfect. Thank you!

It has been 11 months, my screen keeps getting darker and darker they've already replaced it once it must be there using cheap screens My screen is supposed to be brighter than my wife's LG phone which is less than half of my brightness Plus also they put a lint inside my camera so now sometimes I take photos there's a blur on the photo and it's not a junk phone S21 ultra I used to be able to see my screen even in the brightest sun on a beach now I can barely see it in my car in the shade. The settings are all maxed out I'm not stupid I've worked for Verizon wireless for 18 years.

My phone couldn't charge through the charger port nor connect to a laptop to upload photos. These guys had the problem resolved in less than 10 minutes. Amazing service.

i got my i phone XR pro max fixed here and i personally am very disappointed i payed 122$ to fix a cracked screen that was glitching and i have had so many issues with it since it still glitches occasionally off and on and for a day i couldn’t text or look at my photos and i am very upset and i’m hoping somone can get this taken care of.

After a shaky start, and a PS4 that, for whatever reason, did not retain its repaired state, Dylan, the operations manager, was very understanding, and allowed the PS4 to be returned to be fixed when they had downtime free of charge.
Dylan's understanding, patience, and listening ear certainly made this review one of commendations and not one of wariness.
