The office manager was very helpful in setting up Extra Space Storage app. So entering the facility is easy as pushing a button to enter. Plus, I had a lot of boxes delivered and made sure they were in my storage.

I needed to extend my dates on the storage unit I rented by 2 weeks. Corey was able to prorate the cost and was very kind and professional. Good job Corey!

They raise your rent out of no where by over 50% a month. Avoid them if at all possible. Should not be legal the way they raise rent. Units are poorly designed too with huge gaps at the top. There is nothing stopping someone from the neighboring unit from reaching over and taking your stuff. Just all around a bad deal

Storage units are storage units but the staff at life storage are top notch. They go out of their way to communicate with you and assist with questions or concerns. Once we left something outside our unit by accident and they picked it up and kept it in the office for us - and took the time to call us to tell us they had it.
